The problem with conspiracy theories about huge governmental manipulations and cover-ups is that the government is barely competent at basic governing, let alone maintaining fantastic conspiracies involving thousands of people over many decades, or secretly controlling various world events from behind the scenes, etc.
I mean, the government is a bureaucratic mess that can barely keep things stable, but they're supposed to have star-gates and alien ships and mind-control devices and whatnot? ...They're running the world with secret societies and alien technology, but they can't figure out how to handle a hodgepodge group of loser fanatics hanging out in caves in Afghanistan? ...They've got time-travel devices, but they can't build a decent levee in New Orleans?
These conspiracy theories just give the government way too much credit.

It's pretty interesting to think that, if you combine this information with the fact that one of the Jerusalem videos is a confirmed fake, that the faked video could have been intentionally done to de-rail the whole sighting.
As in, it was faked, and faked badly on purpose in a cover-up attempt.

Not saying I believe it, but a fun conspiracy theory nonetheless.

Well in reality, the government can't look at every video that's out there, plus think of an idea to re-create the video all in a few minutes.

What we really need is actual hard proof (Ex. 100s of people) actually saw the UFO, then posted it online/video, or contacted the media to release the information. Every company in the media isn't necessarily going to follow the government's rules.
