http://www.macrumors.com/2010/05/14/details-of-lost-next-generation-iphone-saga-revealed-in-search-warrant-affidavit/ Wow I was at first saying that Apple bullied Gizmodo but now I think Gizmodo is trying to extort (sorry for the lack of a better word) from Apple by saying,"The thing is, Apple PR has been cold to us lately. It affected my ability to do my job right at iPad launch. So we had to go outside and find our stories like this one, very aggressively." And the guy that was the middle man was trying to hide evidence or was it the seller. Anyways, Gizmodo seems like it committed a felony.
Don't derail the thread with your gibberish kijib. Anyways, that was an interesting read. Can't believe Chen is being considered for 3 felonies, that's crazy, but I doubt it'll go that far. Funniest part of the story; "The evidence, which included a desktop computer, USB flash drive and memory card, and stickers from the iPhone prototype, were found in a church, under a bush, and in a gas station parking lot." Leet hiding skillz lol.
