twitter is easy and that's why people use it. You update your status and your done in a just few seconds. It's all about having an intuitive user experience and I'm surprised with how few companies don't get it. It's why the iphone became the first smartphone that didn't annoy me and part of the reason why World of Warcraft become that first MMO to go mainstream. It's just easy to grasp and understand all these things very quickly without being overwhelmed with complex options or having to resort to reading an instruction manual.
