I got SimplyTweet when it was free (for a day?) a few months ago. It does do push, and the UI is pretty good. I tried out a few other Twitter apps (don't think they had push, though), and I ended up settling on it for ease of use, UI and push. I am sure there are others out there, so hopefully you'll find a few to choose from, but at least it's one pretty good option.
