Well, I had Tweetie 1, been using the awesome SimplyTweet for the last couple months but just bought Tweetie 2 and I have to say you are probably doing yourself an injustice to ignore it, the speed, UI and features are outstanding, it's only been out a few hours and it's already the top twitter trend, already in the top20 on the paid appstore etc etc.... gonna be big!
Wish it had themes or at least the dark theme, but loving it. Still getting used to it since I haven't used tweetie in a while. Been using twitterlator.
Twitterrific has been the choice for me but I downloaded Tweetie 2 last night based on some youtube reviews and have to say it gets to the meat of twitter and is very simple to use. I actually like this version as Twitterrific can be a little overwhelming to someone who has never used it before. Damn, now I am going to have to decide which to use more often...I certainly don't need two twitter apps taking up space on my 8GB phone...
Hmm I am very tempted to try this out, but not sure I want to buy yet another Twitter app (I think I've already purchased 5 of them now). I am very happy with my current app of choice, SimplyTweet. This looks similar in many ways. Any chance a lite version will be released? I'd love to do a side-by side comparison. Thanks
This is the best 2.99 I have ever spent on the app store. If you use twitter at all, you owe it to yourself. Buy it now. Oh and I'm at @evantravers btw.
Is there a feature to divide your tweeps into different categories like TweetDeck? If it does, I'm sold.
Downlaoded it and like it very much. Prefer Tweetie over all the other twitter apps, but prefer the timeline of Birdfeed. hmm.
Yeah...Tweetie 2 all the way for me as well. I wrote a mini-review about it on my site today if anyone is still looking for reviews.... My Review Follow me!
This is the only paid upgrade I have ever done in the Apps Store and strangely I don't regret it. BTW, I have asked and still waiting for this: Where can I get back the great black-colour theme?
