So the wait option makes it as soon as the bar fills the game pauses while you choose your attack?

I have never played a square enix game on iPod and would like to know which chaos rings game is the best. And if there are any other good RPGs.

Yes, the only difference is that if an enemy initiates an attack it will still go.
