Been watching the news where some are trying to save the turkey by not eating it this holiday. I thinkin' its the same people that buy packaged meat from the store and don't realize it comes from a butchered animal. Anyway....."Happy Thankgiving to all of TA"
Do you Americans have Turkey for Christmas as well? I don't think I've ever had Turkey for Christmas (with the family), we normally have either Pheasant or Rabbits.
If someone says "Happy Turkey Day" I will find you, hunt you done, hang you upside down in chicken oil and dump you in watermelon seeds. That said, Happy Thanksgiving to America, and happy thursday to everyone else, including Rocky Balboa
It usually depends on your family and where you live (this is a huge country). I have a huge Italian family, so at Christmas we do at least one turkey, a ham, and sometimes a duck as well.
That sounds like a good Christmas supper. I remember having Christmas in the Maldives, and it feels very strange being on the beach in the baking sun, sipping away at a sunset cocktail, when you know everyone back in England is shut up in their homes, freezing their asses off with a log fire to keep warm
