There are 2 kinds of currencies, Golden coin and Pink coin, Golden coin is the main coin, you could use it to unlock, upgrade and evolve heroes, it can also re-roll shop’s items in the gameplay. Pink coin could only gained in enemies and crates in the gameplay, you can use it to purchase shop’s item and abilities learning after every level complete. Any purchase in the Golden coin shop could remove “force-ads”, the lowest price is $2, which is acceptable IMO, you can still watch “optional ads” to earn some Golden coin and Pink coin. There is no energy system in the game now. Anotherkellydown likes this. If the content will keep on coming out (guns/enemies/events) it'll definitely stick on my phone for a long time. teamben Member Dec 5, 2014 15 1 3 #5 teamben, Oct 31, 2018 Only issues I have is that your gun constantly shoots as you move. If it only fired when you were auto locked on to an enemy I think it would be better. And removing ads with a coin doubler might make me more likely to spend some money. Not a fan of using ads. jdjleo Well-Known Member Jun 21, 2013 102 9 18 #6 jdjleo, Oct 31, 2018 The game is fun enough. Lots of goofy characters to unlock so there’s replay value. My issue is this game is basically an AD MACHINE hidden behind some simple gameplay. Yes you can buy the IAP and disable FORCED ads (which I never even had an ad on forced on me?) But the real reason this game is terrible is the sheer number of optional ads. Which are basically required viewing. See the game barely gives you any purple coins and you need them, A LOT OF THEM, for basically everything. So basically the only way to get enough coins for weapons, upgrades etc Is to watch Ads..to the tune of 2-3 ads per small level. It’s way too much. I played an hour and deleted. No money spent, watched a ton of ads tho so the developer made money off me even tho I paid nothing. Which I feel like is the point of this bad game. The only time I found I need to watch an ad is because I make some stupid mistakes and I really need to get some hit points. The game is actually rogue-lite, that means you need to choose the best option every single time, if you don’t have enough money, there is an option to give you money, it doesn’t mean you are force to watch them. I played the game tons of times, and I can confirm you don’t have to watch any optional ad, unless you really want something in the shop or doubling the money in the end. And the only way to get enough is Ads. Period. You’re either super bad at the game and don’t understand it or you’re just white knighting the game...or both raravan and Lull4by like this. Bought the two dollar coin pack to remove ads and having a lot of fun. The controls are near perfect for a portrait shooter like this. Colorful graphics and really fun gameplay. Every time you get past a set of levels you get a checkpoint and start at the newest world. So far I’ve made it to the world 3 boss. Kinda surprised to hear so much negative feedback about the ads. As far as the shop, I’ve unlocked the third out of 6 characters and I’m happy with my newest one. I like the challenge of not having the best character right out of the gate. The better characters do cost a lot of in game money but I’ve seen much, much worse. Hope people give this a chance as it’s quite a fun game to play on the go. One request for the dev is I’d like to be able to save my run so I can pick up where I left off if I have to quit. And if there’s any way to add leaderboards (there are achievements) for competitive players that would be amazing. Rated 5 stars on the AppStore Lull4by likes this.
