You can try using the "Play w/ Friends" option to be Auto-Matched with one other player. Select "Play w/ Friends" and hit "Next" to show the Game Center pop-up. Simply hit "Play" in the top right of the pop-up window and it should find someone else looking for your intended game type. As always, the more people we can get to play, the better it will be.
Or delete the faction icon and use the name of the player which would be green if the player is your pal or red if he's the enemy. And grey-ish for bots.
Trigger fist is an awesome game. That's why I'm frustrated. Before the update I would be able to find online games, because I know there is always someone playing. After the update, absolutely nothing. I go to matchmaker or even p/w friends. Nothing comes, up just a countdown to bots. I really think it is some kind of a GC bug that needs to be patched. There is also the cross syncing problem occuring again. I had to re rank up to level 8 on my iphone. When I go back to my ipod it stays at an earlier progress and won't update. Both devices are set with notifications on in GC. Anyway, Rip, thanks for the info.

Still haven't updated the game because I worry that I may lose my progress. My xp still hasn't updated to my gamecenter :/ should I just update?
same here bro, and the hell i'm updating XD it's just a couple of twitches and bug fixes, i think we can wait till the next update, that's my advice. i take back everything i said about the rank up system, i still think it's a little slow but the game is so good it really doesn't matter a few things i would like for a forthcoming update: 1. let us shoot faster with the pistols, as fast as we can tap the fire button, you get me? that'd be cool. 2. more guns, more guns, more guns!!! 3. a "last stand" kind of mode. 4. please add assists.
Hold off till next week to update. I'm guessing the update crash issue should be solved by then. You're data will still be saved locally on your device and once the crash issue is solved, once you update, you're data will upload. Be patient, software can be a mean animal at times and taming it ain't easy or quick.
I play a lot at basically any time during the 24 hour cycle and can get matches at varying times. Because of the world wide nature of the AppStore, it leaves a problem of not having enough people on at the same time in the same time zone. As the numbers increase, this problem will become less apparent. And I know that previous sentence is an obvious one and that the numbers of players according to gamecenter are decent, it is still spread spread out over the world, different time zones, different server strengths, different ping variables and numerous other factors that I won't get into right now. Have faith. At the very least the devs had the sense to be prepared for such an initial outcome and developed a very clever AI that will always give you a good match. I suspect as well, suspect only, I can't say for sure, that because of the high level of the AI that people are just skipping the matchmaking or play with friends option and playing a lot of single player mode. If in a future update, the default option was set to matchmaking as opposed to single player, that would help. Possibly frustrate some also. Hopefully that will change.

What kind of assists? I like the rest of your ideas. The pistol thing I'm not so sure about though. There is a couple of fully automatic pistols that sort out the rate of fire thing. The fully auto Glock is quite a machine.
i didn't know about the pistols, haven't unlocked all of them yet. Kill assists, in all the team based modes, you know you shoot someone but you don't kill him and one of your team mates finishes him, you'd get an assist. usually for that you would have to get about let's say 10 points per kill and 5 per assist you know? or maybe a whole new tab for assists, i guess my point is that it would be nice to get xp from stuff other than kills, and for me it's odd that there is no assist counter.
I think that this game needs the "reward" system from almost every shooter: when you do something like killing one enemy, the "1 kill streak! +5 XP" shows up. I don't mean to change the way the XP works in the game, just to show the player that he is rewarded when doing things like 10 kill streak, and how many XP he gets with these actions. This encourages players to keep getting better instead of throwing their phone to the wall because they were dying a lot. At least MC3 encouraged me to keep getting better and better because it showed me that getting headshots and knifing enemies give me more XP. I don't know if I explained this well.
You did. I get it. Might need a major overhaul to get it up and running by the developer. But you never know. Still, a good suggestion.
Just read Appspy's review on this. Gave it a 4/5 but just to clarify for those on the Venice due to the 4.99 and IAP. This is not PAY2WIN, as it states in the review. The better guns do not provide a better advantage at all. Btw I'm back to using the starter gun for the scout the AK47u until I unlock the UMP. Love the magazine size and the damage makes up for its deficiencies. Just went 33/4. So the guns really don't provide an advantage, it just depends on play style. Oh and could someone post the stats of the M1014 for the rifleman? Sorry for the requests Well about 10 hours into the game I am halfway to 20,000 XP for the UMP! And the total XP I've accumulated into to for all e classes is around 20,000 for 10 hours. Not bad Oh and got my first melee kill. Pretty rare
One more thing i'd like to point out, not a big deal, it just messes with my K/D ratio a bit, usually i get killed about 5 times per match, but enemy bots appear to spawn behind me A LOT, and it's kind of unpleasant, for example: i just checked a corner and nobody was there, so i turn my back to it and i decide to camp there a little to defend the hill, next second an enemy bot kills me from behind that very corner, it really happens a lot, i pan somewhere, no one's there, i look someplace else, bum, killed from that same spot i just looked, do you guys know if that's twitched in the update?
Is anybody playing Trigger fist right now, I still haven't been able to play online and I want to see if it works, if I invite a friend. Thanks !
