It's happened to me a few times.... Couldn't put my finger on why I had full internet connection and it just seemed to resolve itself
Reasonable timers never bother me. If I've emptied my energy/fuel/actions, I'll get back to work or boot up another game for a while. Downloaded. Will post some imps from the "Timer Accepting" crowd.
Exactly how I feel actually. If you work timers shouldnt be too big of a deal. EDIT: I actually like it so much I bought the initial bundle package for like $2.99 I believe it was.
I have an issue with the forward button sometimes becoming unresponsive. Does anyone else have this? My bike just stops accelerating and tapping the arrow is useless. It resolves itself after a while, but it's really frustrating when you're trying to get the gold medal.
What's up with that little robot dude? It says there is a mission from him in the saloon, but no blue icon over his head and nothing happens when I tap him.
Such a great game. I bought the starter 2.99& limited pack as well. When I run out of gas I player another game for a bit. The starter pack came with like 250? Or so diamond so I could use that to fuel. I spent a few dollars on increasing my tank +10 points as well. It's such a quality / polished game.
Exactly! I am shocked more people arent into this game. I mean I tossed down some money no problem after I realized how much I liked it.
I noticed it does that when it doesn't want you to upgrade something past a point yet due to a mission. I am a level 11 and just hit the tier 2 tracks and holy crap has difficulty ramped up. I got the $2.99 special pack which has allowed me to maybe move ahead faster than usual on upgrades but certainly wasn't needed, I am glad to give them my money. Between this and Dungeon Quest I am good for awhile I think
Another thing I really like is yeah the energy system is there but if your doing terrible in a track or losing a race mission you can just restart the whole thing before you hit the finish line and it costs no energy really leaving you open to adjust the race for a win as long as you want.
As far as I'm concerned, Motoheroz is the real Trials on IOS. Trials Frontier's visuals are nice, the physics are solid, but the mission structure, the simple tracks, the timers, and energy system just made me lose interest pretty quickly
I downloaded this when it first came out on iOS worldwide yesterday, and I have a completely different view. I think the mission structure is logical and in order, the track designs are fairly decent and don't lack, however, they could be a little longer (I'm guessing this is the view your coming from). I'm not a huge fan of the energy system either, but this is a polished iOS game, I'll give it that. No glitches or issues with connectivity, no crashes have occurred so far.
I have the exact same question. I figured that maybe he has something to do with the past/future tracks from the time machine(?) but i haven't tried doing those... Anyone knows?
Just a question: have you played other Trials games? I think that would also be a factor in the different opinions here. IMO Trials isn't about missions or objectives. It's precision speedrunning with motorbikes. All the other stuff here is just unnecessary noise. The tracks here are easing you in, they're just too simple and easy. Having played Trials HD, Evolution, and Fusion, I can say that even the early tracks in those games are not easy. Achieving the best time on those tracks is a challenge Motorheroz represents all that. Trials Frontier is just cluttered with all kinds of other stuff that diminish the experience
Anyone manage to get past this part in Cave Dweller? Or this part in Rocky Road? I keep falling off on both of those parts
Its perfect for mobile, I mean its made for small bites so who cares about the fuel. This is more forgiving fuel wise than the collectibles at least.
