Lol, I considered myself a pretty decent player until I played PVP in this game. Umm, yea....I'm not as good as I thought. Haha
The thing I found with the previous PvP mode where you'd race ANBA, the game would randomly pick a track but then choose a player who has an ever so slightly faster lap time than your personal best on that track. So essentially you had to beat yourself to beat the other player. The bunker has a bit more variety, I think it chooses players that are close to your skill level but because there are 3 different tracks and 3 different bikes chosen at random, you may be lucky enough that you have upgraded some of the chosen bikes more than your opponent. The bunker can also tempt players to spend gems to speed up the time-delay upgrades for bikes, if it means defeating a closely matched opponent on one of the tracks.

i've been on and off with this game, tried the pvp last update and ended up ragequitting. So if i start fresh, what is this gifting feature, does it make the game playable more often without worrying about fuel? And how do i use it?

Ugh! My worst nightmare just happened. I went to play today and ALL progress was lost. It said my account was tampered with. I lost ALL IAP stuff too. I just emailed support. All my bikes, skins, all gone.
I am kind of stuck man. The pvp is too hard after I did great on a lot of races. Then it seems I am out of campaign stuff...
Me to, this is the message I saw. And I'm annoyed now since I've been playing since launch. Spent a fortune in cash and spent a lot of time playing So be warned people don't play since the update is what I'd reccomend until this is sorted. Damn cloud saves messing stuff up. Hope they can retrieve my progress as there's only been this, crazy taxi Rush and wrestling revolution that I play all the time and never delete.
Allrighty then. A week ago I changed my uPlay password, and Trials Frontier's uplay started going AWOL. I played for a week, until this day without uplay and the online modes. Today, the game informed me that I have a local file (lvl1??) and a server file from 7 days ago so I chose the server file and lost progress from this past week. Not a major issue in comparison to other people losing all their progress. But seriously Ubisoft, get rid of uplay, it's worse than Games for Windows Live. Edit: Oh yeah and now it's trying to download some content but apparently my internet connection is down, as you can see as I can not upload this post. So yeah, can't play the game anymore. Well, it was "fun" while it lasted.
The same thing happened to Sexy Pirate and myself. I emailed Ubisoft and SP ended up figuring it out before they replied......4 days later. Our issues were more Facebook related, but we still both got the same messages. If I'm not mistaken, I deleted the app and reinstalled it and that fixed it. Hopefully SP will chime in, but try the delete/reinstall thing first.
Awesome... I deleted and reinstalled also and now it's stuck again at the content downloading screen and says that I need to check my connection.(see picture.) This is a great game but seriously this is kind of ridicilous. I also sent Ubisoft a ticket through the app and they sent me the automated reply where they said that they'll contact me within 48 hours. And it's been 7 days...
After the recent update there was a bug where I cannot play the game so I deleted the game and re-downloaded it signed into my profile it works just fine now.
... So after the update the app wouldn't start properly, just showed the logos and crashed to home. I deleted the app, installed again, played the tutorial, signed in to uplay and BAM crash to home. I started the app again and signed in again and BAM crash to home. This is awesome, hardest level so far.
Same here looks like te latest update and broken the game yet again. Ubisoft/red Lynx obviously don't have enough testers
NOEN, Pirate (and others) are you able to send fuel to each other? And is it only though FB? if yes could you add me too to gift fuels?
