TheSop Well-Known Member Sep 24, 2016 264 0 16 #6 TheSop, Apr 6, 2017 Swipe to move/light attack and touch/hold to block and heavy attacks. It's very similar to Marvel Contest of Champions but for some reason it feels so much better. I thought the Kabam ID is just to transfer between Android and IOS but just want to make sure. It's very well done. Controls are responsive. You tap for light attacks, swipe for medium, and hold ur finger for the heavy (which in every instance the bot transforms into vehicle mode and either rams the opponent or shoots an unblockable projectile)....just as in CoC. There are chapters and acts and replays will allow 100% of chapters and gain progression rewards when you get that 100% in a chapter or act. The base element is minor in the scope of the game, and really only serves the purpose of giving you a way to easily obtain yellow crystal, which is the currency used to pay for upgrades. There is a deep upgrade system and the higher the level of bot(1-4 stars), the more resources you'll have to obtain. Graphics are really well done, and collectors will notice every bot model is based on the Hasbro toy mold (for Generations characters at least). The "Bayformers" also look well done but not sure if the models are movie or toy line also. Characters continue to be added, and it's already a solid line-up. For the price of free, it's totally worth checking out. Duranki Well-Known Member Aug 8, 2011 173 0 16 #13 Duranki, Apr 6, 2017 Is there a retool method for optimizing your starting characters? That usually comes up within hours of launch chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,317 7 38 #14 chief78, Apr 6, 2017 Can you clarify retool? Duranki Well-Known Member Aug 8, 2011 173 0 16 #15 Duranki, Apr 6, 2017 Stupid autocorrect. I meant reroll. Many of these types of games inspire people to devise crazy methods of rerolling until they get the 'perfect roll.' You might be able to delete the app and use a different email to re-use the first (premium, you get several 1* keys) gatcha key you get, but that would take a while, and I think the account may be bound to your device. (Unlike games like Fire Emblem). You get more premium keys just for playing missions, so it's more efficient to simply play the game. Contest of Champions is another (seemingly very popular) game ran by Kabam, it's been around for a while, and you might be familiar with how often 4 star characters drop there. Transformers is pretty much the same game as Contest of Champions with a third dimension added to the fighting, which I like. MintCity Well-Known Member Jun 24, 2016 200 1 18 #17 MintCity, Apr 6, 2017 So judging from this thread it sounds like this is a better version of MCoC. However, from what I've seen through videos and pictures it looks like a reskin/rebrand of MCoC with Transformers. What is the biggest thing that sets it apart? chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,317 7 38 #18 chief78, Apr 6, 2017 It's hands-down the best Transformers game you can have on an iOS device (Earth Wars included) dunhila Well-Known Member May 6, 2016 195 0 16 #19 dunhila, Apr 7, 2017 The game works better. For me this is one of the most optimized games out there that is super responsive to swipes and touches on the screen,MCoC used to miss and even have some fps problems here and there for me,it never felt fluid enough while this Transformers game is great.
