Traffic Jam has just gone on sale, and apparently for today only!

It's the same thing as Blocked it looks like, but with colours, and over 1000 levels.

    GET IT NOW!

Hey, than-my that's a crappy GUI  I'd actually rather pay for Blocked. This looks awful!

The game's fine, it just needs an option to see the levels that have been completed.

Yea, I downloaded it, and it doesn't look that good, but it's still fun.

The graphics just need to be a but nicer, and it needs to be able to keep track of beaten levels, like iPodfan said.

I have been looking for a free version of this kind of game! Downloading...

  6. Best looking graphically IMHO is ParkingLot 350 puzzles. Blocked I like too which has 100 levels. Gridlock is another one which has 160 levels has car graphics but not as nice as ParkingLot. I've featured all 3 on my site for quite some time now in the puzzle section.

Ooo, Parking Lot does look good. And it's on sale for 0.99

And to think I was gonna buy blocked. ;)

    Hmm.. Parking Lot or Blocked..

    I can't choose. =[

Does Parking Lot keep track of your beaten levels?

Seeing as it has a "Your Record", I'd personally lean towards yes.

FREE Sales are the best... It's not as good as Parking Lot visually, but hey, it's FREE! ... Thank you developers :)

  10. Yes it does like Donburns99 says it records moves. So if you wish to play it again and beat the number of moves it'll tell you so. If it says Record: None then it means you never beat it before.

One thing about Parking Lot is you can flip to any Puzzle Pack and any level at anytime so if one level frustrats you just move on. In Blocked you need to pass each level to progress to next one. Usually level 64 everyone has to go to support site to see how to beat the level to advance.

There's also Know How - Think and play outside the box!, which I bought for 99 US-Cents. It's current price is 3,99 US$.
It adds 3d view (which does not lock between levels) and additional elements like springs, and fixed blocks.
It has a free version too.

    Games Similar to Blocked

    Hi guys,

If you've beaten my game and want to check out a few others, or if you want to shop around, check these out:

Traffic Jam - 99c (sale over?)
    Traffic Jam LE - Free
    Traffic Jam 2 Parking Puzzle - 99c
    iTraffic Jam - 99c
    gridlock - 99c
    Parking Lot - 99c
    Blockade (partial) - 1.99
    Blockade LE (partial) - Free
Free Parking - Free (taken down? kinda buggy)

It looks like a couple of these were $2 and over and have just dropped in price, so it looks like you can keep up the fun on the cheap.

In terms of what's next for Blocked, I was working on an update that added move counts a while ago but got distracted with other stuff. Looks like I need to finish it soon. I've actually been keeping move count records and minimum move counts in the current version for future updates, it just didn't make the 1.0 release because I couldn't figure out a way to not clutter the hell out of the interface.
