Never seen that sort of configuration - I guess they could be fans, lol. You know the real purpose of the propellers is to keep the floating platforms aloft, but looks like you discovered a new use for them! And yes, the animations are cool. After much searching I eventually found a circular base which is needed to get airborne.
Haha! That is phenomenal. I’ve tried to replicate it but have failed. It’s my new mission now though.
The quickest way I’ve found to make a floating platform is to start with a single tower and connect a circle of houses to the top storey. Filling that in will generate the platform. Removing the support tower will add engines, then structures can be built in the usual way.
Currently my favourite creation. Was messing around with concentric rings and it seems that not all sizes can float. Currently trying to turn this into a shuttle launchpad…
