I just played a run and made it to the 8th wave. It's a nice auto-defense focused on purchasing upgrades that affect several stats after each wave. Automatic/manual skills that can be set to trigger at certain intervals or at the player's command. Ads are shown after every wave, but thankfully they're 5 seconds ads with a visible "X" button that can simply be interpreted as [nasty] loading screens. Not much to say about the visual department during gameplay as it's pretty simplistic, but it's good and clear enough. Stat upgrades are represented as several types of icons and they look nice as they pile up. As for sound, it plays a cool action-ish melody that keeps the player focused on the game. Audio cues help the player know when skills are ready to be used and makes a good combination with the regular visual cooldown timer. Action is mostly focused on using skills unless you've set them to trigger automatically after every cooldown. As for the Premium upgrade, it offers what you'd expect from it: Remove ads and additional content. Definitely check this out if you're into TD and micromanagement games. I do find the ads annoying and the price to unlock premium seems quite steep for how basic the game feels so far, although I haven’t spent that much time with it yet. I thought it would be more an auto defence where I choose upgrades and do something during the game, not manually using each skill which isn’t really fun for me after a few rounds that gets a bit repetitive. I tried setting the skills to auto when ready….what a disaster that was I lost right away that round after turning it on. sebgo likes this. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
