For "The Fly"'s quest item, so to speak: Spoiler Try the shop at the Shrine. Candy will do the trick. On a related note, er tower level, I STILL have NO IDEA if the ema does anything.
I cant damage the titan :/ I have this arm equipment from the graveyard guy but still damage 0 :/ glitch?
Titan is invulnerable, just flee. The cuff link you get can reduse half damage from Titan, it's important when you flee from him.
Thanks momopara! I always got the ema (I've had origami bird for some time now) but didn't know it was for that quest. I had the Burning Fluid before but after the insurance nuked equipment bug I'd forgotten how I got it. Other mysteries: 1) Does supporting Robot Family eventually lead somewhere? They asked for up to 2000 gold before I gave up on the quest. 2) Anything to Old Sinner NPC? 3) Is there ever any way for Mystic Girl to remember who you are? 4) Can you give a gift to Mountain Walker that he actually understands rather than just says "uhh thanks" and gives XP for? Is his quest for "why I exist" solve-able by OTHER than Mad Beggar?
There are indirect ways to defeat the Titan (reflect damage, Counterattack which might be a bug?) but it does no good to do it. No gold no XP, just makes Titan even stronger. Just run the heck away
Sorry for asking but just in case i wont understand it.. What is ema? And where do i get that ? And where shall i hunt rhe judge? I know 6 hours hes somewhere at some location . But i dont know where anymore Ahh .. And momopara.. Are they making already profit with this game? Do u you know if they are going to make a tof 4 , after they finished this gameboy styled game(look up on fb guYs!). ?
Im so frustrated .. Where the heck is the judge? (Quest: hunt the judge) And where shall i put yunas flower?
Tree of Urns Need help! I've talked to the ghost lady and promised to help her. It shows "A ghost whispers: come here at midnight and defeat the Black Root to release us", but nothing happens from 10pm to 6am (I spent 20/hour to make sure I didn't miss the correct time)
Difficulty...bug? You still checking the thread momopara? I had a comment about difficulty. It gets too unreasonable after a few playthroughs - completely unlike the other games from Game Stew I've played. My ATK/DEF is hardly bad (170+ each) but that doesn't do much good against a Zen Garden Lamp Carrier that can random-encounter ambush me for well over 300HP. You guys know how many wheel spins at the tavern I need to make up that difference, right? Can't possibly cover that with max upgrade equipment. Thanks to Twisted Hourglass which ONLY works on most Bosses (final area bosses, perfectly fine to keep difficulty where it is), late-game regular mobs are tremendously more powerful than bosses. Wha? I have the equipment and level upgrades and tactics to slog through but it won't be very fun AT ALL by Playthrough 7 or 8...
What Game Stew games have you played that make the treadmill of difficulty here seem strange? I think the likely expectation was for you to make more progress between taking on the ending bosses. I think it's mostly a matter of leaving players freedom to get ahead of themselves, and what is good/bad balancing there is subjective. Not everyone plays the same way. Also, the big ramping in difficulty is mostly just the enemies in the zen garden and shrine, so don't grind there, do zero dimension for quantity and some place easy to interact with NPCs. Maybe focus more on features like invulnerability, deathblow and get all the black goat equipment rather than just to expect your base stats to scale to the enemies so as to have the exact same experience as the previous play through.
About to get this. I thought I did at release but I'm beating the other two and then on to this. Every game this dev makes has a unique feature
