How do you go to other areas besides the first one? Is there missions or what am I supposed to be doing? I been kind of wandering around killing and collecting but not sure what else to do.
TA PEEPS. Seth and I took last week as a nice 5 day break from all our Towelfighting and whipped up a little game called Quadropus Rampage for a community challenge. You can download and play it on your pc if you'd like, as a full, beautiful version is on the horizon as our next project. The break from TF2 was really good for us, letting us decompress from all the craziness and stress. We're back on it and actually just got Towelfight up on Steam's Greenlight service, with the aim of making it fully available through their platform for PC, Mac, and Linux. If any of you are steam users or want to see more Towelfight love in the world you should definitely pop over to the greenlight page and give us your vote. Every one of them counts and it will really, really help us keep making games if we manage to get on there. Thanks for playing and supporting us. It means a lot to pop in here and see you guys helping each other figure out the game or discussing which 'jectiles are your favorite. THE FEELS.
I explored a little bit and ended up finding the chainsaw. That, combined with buying a couple of the 5 minute buffs, really tore him up.
This may have been covered earlier in the thread but I'm just past the second boss and I'm thinking some extra heart containers would really help out, especially in the dungeons. I see the space for them and have also seen screenshots where people have 4-5 hearts. Just wondering if anyone can tell me when or how you get them. PS. Loving the game. Just left my 5 star review on the App Store.
Has anyone found the last 'jectile? The one that sez "there is no clear indication where this thing can be found"? Sorry if somebody else already asked this, but my searches came up with nil. It's augments are supposed to be in nightmare land, but the 'jectile itself hasn't shown up there yet, and I've been wandering around in there with the Chauncy Leg in effect to no avail...
The TA review of this game said that you loose a percentage of your coins when you die so I had always just assumed that the money you spit out upon your demise was representative if that. Only by accident just now did I find that TA was wrong and you have until your "soul" leaves to tap like crazy and re-collect them!! This completely changes things for me. Now when I'm grinding away and dying like crazy in a dungeon I can actually keep the coins I'm collecting. This makes buying stuff at the store a whole hell of a lot easier. Searched the thread and couldn't find any mention of this so just posting in case anyone else hasn't figured this out. You DO NOT have to loose your coins when you die.
TA PEEEEPS, We've finally harangued gamecenter into working properly with Towelfight 2, all without exploding the game! HUZZAH! The patch should go live next week, and it takes the times of your arena matches and puts them on the leaderboards. Now you can compete with all your friends and figure out who is best at shooting things in the face with their face. KEEP IT CLASSY.
...You mean other than Game Center utilization in the arena? Hardly what I would call a maintenance update.
1.Yes (forgot to include this in the 'ds shooter with a twist' thread). 2.It gets crazy hectic; it is crazy awesome. 3.Towelfight is less tame than a half-starved, sunburnt wolverine with adequacy issues.
