look http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/http://forums.toucharcade.com/?assoc_id=vmn-oovoo.com and mac rumors appears to be stagnant? http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/macrumors.com
Hmph. TA would be NOTHING without us. Interesting, though, how a site on iPod games is getting more circulation than a Mac site. Then again, we teens rule the nets... for the most part.
the uk is the third biggest user group for TA and in the uk TA is a higher alexa page rank. wow go TA
macrumors remains significantly larger than toucharcade. I'm pretty sure MacRumors is the largest apple-site out there. Traffic stats for both sites are publicly available. Alexa is just an approximation. http://www.quantcast.com/toucharcade.com/traffic http://www.quantcast.com/macrumors.com/traffic arn
On Alexa next to the chart is this Percent of global Internet users who visit toucharcade 3 month change 22% Up macrumors 3 month change 51% Up Wouldn't that mean more new people are visiting macrumors? A bit confused what that percentage increase is supposed to represent.
It means the 3 month average has increased those amounts. I wouldn't put much value in Alexa's numbers. They are very rough approximations. arn
Humm. Notice the massive peak after Xmas. It's only gotten worse from there. I'm guessing that the falls every so often are a) Night or b) One of the FREQUENT server failures. That is a massive spike in visits on Macrumors at Macworld. Wowz. And brendons. No, just no. Don't wish that on this site, nor the people in it.
The spikes/falls represent weekdays vs weekends. People tend to browse the web during work. I'm not too worried about MacRumors traffic. it's steady now and comes in surges. Longer timeframe attached. arn
