c'mon - really? all of the $.99 games ive played have at least had a challenge. This game looked console quality - so thats where the let down comes from. Playing a game usually implies that you're challenged by something.
yeah it's too bad this game has no strategy...oh well another wasted couple of bucks...after this and pipemania I'm really bummed on iPhone games lately, it's been a boring month for games...
you just made my point for me, the exact thing i was thinking to myself was if a game is more tham 99c then people raise there expectations way too high and start expecting software of ps3 quality
Actually I have been fighting the hardest opponents, and it's still pretty easy. I also found Power Pros Touch on expert the same way, so maybe it's just me. But, I'm hearing similar things right now with others on Touch KO's AI.
even though car mania looks ok I can't take another flight control game...poppi is good but needs tweeking...didn't like Rolando so passed on 2. I'm waiting for Imech and mini gore..it's all opinion, boring month for ME, let's say
I can't score nearly as easily in power pros on expert as in novice. You are just the man then. Sorry for the off topic post guys.
Star Hogs? Worms (Bleh)? Moon Drop? Triazzle? Pinball Fantasies? G-Force? Zombies vs. Sheep? Yard Sale Lucky Junction? Kaloki Love? Super Yum Yum Retro? Puzzlings? Blocks2? Sphaira? Big Top 10?... alright... I'll quit it.
well i guess this game really disappointed a lot of you. but to be honest. i dont like the AI as well. but i think its still worth it. Once an update comes out with the AI then i think this will be one of my most played games. well, now im off to try out the career mode.(I was to distracted to beating my friends score on doodle jump..lol)
Hi guys, and thanks for checking out Touch KO! It seems a number of folks here think the AI is too easy -- Adam and I find it a bit easy too, but we've also been working on it for a few months. The general response from the beta testers seemed to be that the difficulty was good, but they came from varied backgrounds and many probably aren't very hardcore gamers. We certainly didn't want to leave anyone out by making it too hard, so we erred on the side of ease for now. What would you guys like to see for a first update? We're thinking maybe an "expert" mode when you start the career that will give harder AI opponents across the board. Matt Mechtley
Albie? You playing Career? I just played against a "Hard" opponent and it was much harder than the early ones. arn
Welcome! I think you're already have a good solution. Maybe you could recruit some beta testers from TA forum.
Arn, I'm sick of your lip. Jus kidding. But really, it's kinda easy, I do like the expert mode idea. I probably shouldn't have said that.
It does get a little harder as you go along. The opponents punch a little more and take a little more energy from you when they hit you. I just think that people think its too easy because of the regenerative power that you gain from blocking which is not a bad thing at all. Real boxers do it all of the time. If you just slug it out with higher ranked opponents without the regenerative power from blocking you might just get knocked the f..k out.
why no Bluetooth play? option to turn off replay would be nice... edit: the replay is repetitive but it's a great way to see the beautiful attention to detail, you guys did an amazing job on skin textures and clothing/detail elements!
oh ya the easy fighters I didnt have to block on. I was just wondering how far albie had gotten in career. As a professional in career, the matches take longer. arn
Ok, I'm up to 25 matches total career which I'm guessing is about 17 matches into professional, and the difficulty has started to ratchet up. I had to go three rounds vs. a hard opponent to win the latest so it must mean that right?
