Don't want to open up a can of worms, but as part of the rules, we also had mentioned that someone could object to a game in the final 10. There's been some debate about publishing of indie game by a bigger publisher that we already put to bed and that was included as part of the finalized rules. That said, if anyone strongly objects to any of the final games, including the five we are now voting on for the tie-breaker, please do so as part of this period prior to 6 p.m. EST. If there is an objection to any of the games, the rules state an additional 48 hours to debate said game(s). So to keep things moving along and knowing whether that needs to occur, now would be the time to raise an objection.
ok found the ties in page 17. Icycle 5 Duet 5 Kinetic Damage 5 Continue?9876543210 5 Tiny Thief 5 My suggestion (it may be too late though): Have everyone rank only these 5 according to their liking. That way, you can total the rank numbers, and get the lowest total included in the final poll.
If you go back a couple of pages, there's the tally. There's 5 games vying for the final two spots: Icycle, Duet Game, Kinetic Damage, Continue?9876543210 and Tiny Thief.
That may have worked but since the nominations themselves were based soley on a nomination and not ranking, I just figured nominating again just out of that group would be the easiest route.
Funny, those two and Heroes and Castles were one vote away from being in that 5-way tie. And just realized that you hadn't voted before the cutoff. So it's all your fault! LOL. Sorry I jest. Just bad luck.
