Been looking at each one's lists, and so far, the lists look too different only with a few common ones, but im really really glad there arent anything that i find to be trash. Cheers for a generally good taste TA.
On a semi-related note, did anyone find it strange that Ridiculous Fishing was chosen as Apple's GoTY? It's a great game and I know it's been nominated at least once, but it just seems like Apple would have gone for one of the bigger, higher-profile games.
Here Is my Top Ten: 1.Cut the Rope 2. 2.Brutal Loop. 3.Bobbing. 4.Gregg! 5.Cling! 6.An Alien With A Magnet. 7.Little Luca. 8.Cyro. 9.Blip Blup. 10.Bombcats. Just removed Angry Birds Go again, I just have a love/hate relationship with this game.
Please don't exclude indies from this poll if you think they are worthy of overall GoTY. My poll is sort of a side event to give indies recognition without having to compete with the big games, but there's always a chance an indie could win here as well and don't want to take away that possibility.
As we've seen in the Indie thread, bigger and higher-profile doesn't mean better. And Ridiculous Fishing/Vlambeer are pretty high profile, unfortunately due the cloning controversy. They're pretty well known
It would be a shame if it ended up happening that way, but it does seem natural for people to do to nominate more games unfortunately.

Your nominations made it, I double checked - you're that one guy who nominated Orborun . I wanted to do a test with my counting system and manually entering each participants name seems susceptible to flaws. I'll re-count from scratch after the nomination period ended, but I also wanted to get a list for myself of whose nominations were embedded in early banter about rules to make it quicker later.
