1. Cally's Caves 2. Burn the Lot 3. Soccer Moves I would suspect Anomaly 2 would be an easy nomination for me, but my device won't run it... DBC
Added to original post - Blur Overdrive, Soccer Moves, Ninjump Rooftops, Naught 2, Battle for Elysium, and Symmetrain Edit: ...and Activision Decathlon.
I just tried to add Chucky: Slash & Dash to the original post and got an error message of exceeding a 31 image per post limit so no icon display for that one. This week has a ton of reasonable but lower profile indie releases, probably more than any in recent months.
So judging by this list, and I recall you posting somewhat favorable impressions at first, but is Thor not worth the effort (or space)?
Thor's still a pretty good game, but I just dont play too much freemiums lately, Ninjump Rooftops being an exception. Unless it's a 5-star game in terms of it's gameplay and mechanics and ignoring the pay model, freemiums get deleted after a few days in which case i dont want to nominate as my GotW, coz i dont put in more time in them anymore. To be honest, at this point, i am sick of freemiums. Other than that, from the couple hours i put into Thor, it's a good game.
Understood. I'm also sick of freemiums, particularly those that force you to play differently (such as timers). Not saying Thor necessarily has a bad freemium model, but there's very few that are balanced enough where you can play without thinking about "beating the system". I'm all for donating an IAP for a freemium game. Just want to really play a game.
