My vote went to BattleLore Command, it's a really good strategy based board game that I will be enjoying for a long time to come. I just hope it sells well enough for the expansions to get released.
This is why I like this thread. Found a lot of good games because of it. Gonna try Dwelp seeing so many of you like it. Apparently no one played Proun+ either. That got my vote. Beautiful and fast, with an incredibly awesome soundtrack, this is the best tube style racer I've ever played. Plus there is so much to do, and there are tons leaderboards and achievements.
Well I played Oddworld. It was one of my favorite games when it released, and I have started going through it again on iPad. It's great, but for some reason my Nostalgia just wasn't satisfied like I expected. The game is amazing, but it's a decade old as well. Dwelp ftw
I would never choose Stranger's Wrath over The Longest Journey or vice versa, but since this is now between Dwelp and Oddworld...time to even this out. 8 and 8 now.
I feel a bit sorry for The Longest Journey. It's like that shy kid who makes really beautiful doodlings in his notebook at school which no one will get to see. I've played it and loved it on PC already, though, while Stranger's Wrath is an IOS revelation to me. I didn't even realise there was a whole series of Oddworld games made after Abe's Odyssey. Dwelp... I know nothing about. Guess I should check a gameplay vid instead of looking at the screenshots of dots, shrugging, and going back to collecting bounties. Not really a fan of those limited move puzzle games, to be honest.
Whelp, I was going to vote for Record of Agarest War Zero, but since it didn't get enough noms, I went with Trouble with Robots. I usually can't stand lane defense type games, but there's more of a real time card battling game feeling going on while I'm playing, and I get to watch the battles play out and give little helping hands to my crew. =oP For whatever reason, it's really clicking with me ATM
