It was mentioned in another thread, but I am making a separate sale thread to help out. I know I don't personally have time to read every thread, so I can only hit the titles that interest me (and the sale ones).

I have no idea if this is a permanent price drop or just a sale.

I've been looking at this for quite some time. It's a definite buy at $0.99..... downloading now.

It's a perminent sale at $.99, i was just twittering with RovioMobile. I really like this game and it's defineltely worth more then .99 cents but in itunes land it's becoming the norm to drop to the minimum price. Look at redlynx's new game monster truck nitro, it's going for .99 cents and it's a really well developed game.

To confirm what mattyfranchise said, yes Totomi is going to permanently be available at $.99. I hope you give it a try or atleast try Totomi lite. We'd much appreciate your support and feedback.

    I have a few suggestions:

    1. When entering our name, please enable scrolling so we don't have to swipe each and every alphabet one by one. It would be much better if we can scroll like in iPod list, but instead vertical, it's horizontal swiping, and the scrolling would either stop by momentum or by tapping it (just like scrolling in native iPhone apps).

    2. Please remember our names so we don't have to type it everytime we get a highscore.

    3. Some sort of online scoreboards will be a great addition :)

I'm loving the game so far, though everyone I showed it to doesn't understand the game and I always told them, "the instruction is 4-page long!" xD

We've been looking into doing an online scoreboards. Most people don't understand the game at first. I think that's what scares people away from buying the full game. People that learn the rules seem to really like it :D

I agree. I myself can't say I've mastered the rules as it's quite complicated. I often tap and hold to see what a certain thing will do to my totem stacks. And I prefer Arcade Marathon to Classic Marathon as it's somehow easier. So good job on including the Arcade on the lite as the Classic one will scare more people.

I believe remembering our name is more important and also easier to do ;)

Totomi is doing well in it's home land of Finland but still hasn't broken into the USA appstore Top 100. Anyone know any apple staff :)

I tried out the Lite version right now. The basic game is really easy to understand. With all the icons that let you know of the totem's effect I don't think I needed to read the instructions.

I'm really curious as to how the cards are earned and their use in the game

It's because people want War Diary and not Totomi :p (jk)
Good luck with Totomi Rovio, any news on DF?

  12. Been playing it quite a bit but to me I can't get addicted to it. Not sure what it is maybe just brain rot that I have lately.

Me too.. As much as I love it, I also can't get addicted to it. I don''t know why. I'm more addicted to Samurai Puzzle Battle or ZooKeeper.

Cards is a bit misleading, it might best be seen as simply more pages to the help guide with a page on each animal once the level that introduced them is completed. This little help page on each animal succinctly just lists what the animal eats, likes, dislikes intently, etc. so you can best figure out how to chain a bunch of animals together (hippos like birds and elephants but couldn't care less about foxes).
