SQH has a lot more content in addition to an endless mode, while solipskier is just an endless mode. SQH is also a lot more fun IMHO.

    #7: Peggle
Why is Peggle, a physics arcade game with such a big emphasis on luck, on this list? Put simply, Peggle is one of the best casual games I’ve ever played. I love the game so much, I’ve bought it three times. First for the PC, then for the iPod Nano, and now for the iPod Touch. That’s how addictive it is. And that’s why it’s on this list.

Also nice #7 with Peggle. I've forgotten I have this game on my iPhone I'll have to revisit it. I wonder what #6 will be

    #6: Super QuickHook

RocketCat Games has made a name for themselves with their signature grappling hook games. When Super QuickHook was announced as a follow-up to Hook Champ, fans everywhere eagerly waited for what was to be a big improvement over an iPhone classic. Not only did it meet those expectations, but it turned out to be one of the best games on the App Store. Everything about this game, from the smoothly animated 16-bit graphics reminiscent of Super Mario World to the fast-paced gameplay which lets you decide between exploration and racing, oozes polish and balance to create nothing less than platforming bliss.

#4: Monkey Island 2: Special Edition

The Monkey Island franchise is widely considered the best adventure game series of all time and, even though this is my first time playing through them, I see no reason to doubt that statement. LucasArts has revamped these classics with orchestrated music, redrawn HD graphics, and full voice-overs. While the first Special Edition game was outstanding, Monkey Island 2: SE brought an even better presentation and a more intuitive touch interface, resulting in one of the best point-and-click adventure games I’ve ever played.

    #3: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

    OBJECTION!
You knew it was coming. Perhaps the most controversial game in the App Store, Phoenix Wright is a “Loveit or Hate It” sort of game. Fortunately, I absolutely loved it. The game’s hilarious-yet-serious courtroom action is only matched by its amazingly dramatic 8-bit style soundtrack that grows more intense the closer you get to solving the game’s five cases of increasing length. The final trial, especially, has so many twists and turns that it’s hard not to giggle with joy as you finally uncover the truth. I can only hope that the rumors are true, and Capcom plans to port the sequels, “Phoenix Wright: Justice For All”, “Trials and Tribulations”, and “Apollo Justice”.

    #2: Jet Car Stunts

It’s hard not to be wowed the first time you play Jet Car Stunts. This stunt racer is truly a game that excels in every category. The graphics are breathtaking, especially the lighting. The controls are as tight as my pants, *awkward silence…* with equally well-tuned level designs. And the fun factor? It’s off the freaking charts. The experience of flying off a ramp and using your car’s jet fuel for a few seconds of flight beats anything that even the Glyder games can produce. Do yourself a favor and forget everything you know about racing games, because you’re in for the ride of your (iPhone’s) life!

#1: Space Miner: Space Ore Bust
Quite simply the best the App Store has to offer. I could say that Space Miner is a combination between Asteroids and an RPG, but that wouldn’t do it justice. Instead, I urge everyone reading this to check it out right now, if you don’t already have it. It’s very hard to describe what makes Space Miner so great. Is it the highly polished graphics? The hilarious story? The perfectly tuned upgrade-focused gameplay? The rush you get when the banjo music starts playing, and you can’t wait to kick some robobutt? A combination of all of these factors soon made it apparent to me that this was the greatest game I had played since getting my iPod.

    This list was OK...
I think you added the secret of Monkey Island because of the 99 cent sale. Also Space Miner doesn't deserve to be #1 after you've beaten it...twice. I only agree with Jet Car Stunts and Phoenix Wright... but where's Enviro-Bear?!
