Feels the exact same as, I dunno, the past three halos? It's like the change from RS:V1 to RS:V2. Minimal. The only good thing is forge. Right now, my friend's list is full of people playing Reach. In 2 weeks, I'll bet there won't be a hint of it. To rank Reach above GOW, SC2, MGSW, Red Dead and ME2 is folly.
Honestly, I noticed quite a difference during the beta. I played Halo 3 online and hated it when it wasn't a private game with friends. I played a few games of Reach's online MP, and was instantly hooked. There was something completely different that's hard to pinpoint.
Maybe you were doing better? Winning gives you a warm feeling inside It didn't feel too different from the time I had with it. Fun game (not as fun as Halo 2...), but nothing new and will get boring far faster than these other games.
Even on games that I was failing miserably in I was still enjoying quite a bit. Like I said, there's something new or changed about the game that makes it much more enjoyable than other Halo games that's hard to pinpoint exactly what it is. That said, and not to start a war (although it probably will), I'm looking forward to Black Ops more than getting Reach.
Yeah... I'm just hoping they keep those RC cars in check. I can see them becoming ridiculously annoying if they aren't balanced well.
If you haven't played ME2, and have a 360, you are missing out sadly Well, they'll happen every time someone gets 3 kills and has that as they're selected killstreak. I wish they would have kept the UAV or something similar to see enemies on your radar, that was a good 3 killstreak And my far too early GOTY 2011 prediction is... INFAMOUS 2 or Brink Yup, those games are looking epic
Polls like this are very bias. Of course people are going to vote on a game that just came out (reach) versus an older title (gow3) just because it's new. (I was just using those games as examples, I haven't played either.)
Yup. The RC Cars are going to flat out be a b!tch I am sure. But should be fun none-the-less. We'll see how rediculous they are come gameday I suppose! Don't fix what aint broken I guess, though the MP feels completely different from that of Halo 3 to me. I respect your opinion and that's cool that you just are not into it. And if you read my post I actually chose BFBC2 over all of them. >.> But I do definitely put Reach over GOW III (It was good but the ending was such a god damn disappointment that it nearly killed the series for me), Red Dead (as I hate RAGE Engine that run those games... not to my liking at all) and ME2 (While it is a huge improvement over 1, it still just does not appeal to me much). Which leads me too: I have, don't like it. Tried the first one and while it had a great story to tell (as well as the 2nd one) the controls and the cover system were calls. While ME2 improved over this dramatically, I found myself not as engaged in the story as much as I do with a normal BioWare game. I dunno it's great don't get me wrong, just not for me.
Well, those are the best games I've seen so far that are coming out this year, but I can't decide which of the 2 is better.
Because most people here probably don't have a psp and never played the game. This poll isn't meant to be be taken seriously because I doubt many people here have played every game on that list. I think Mass Effect 2 was the best game I've played so far this year but it's possible that I could have enjoyed Super Mario Galaxy 2 more.
