Last night while I was driving home from grabbing a chai(I hate coffee), I was stopped at a red light. I looked up and saw a flaming fireball coming down at a 45 degree angle. I thought it hit the ground somewhere, a mile ahead of me.
It was HUGE. The guy who stopped next to me at the stoplight was just staring in disbelieve, and then I drove off toward the subject.
When I arrived home I saw another, but this time it was much further in the sky.
I found out this morning after a little research thats theres a very big meteor shower going on tonight, with as many as 140 (Yes I said that) Meteors per hour!!!

    Check it out!

Meteor showers are a liberal conspiracy to keep people up late so that they are tired the next morning and when they go to work productivity is greatly reduced.

Or something to that effect, I read that somewhere.
