Anyone down to TOFTA on Julius Styles? Theres no vid. It looks decent but the only impressions are from a guy running on iOS 5 beta.
Can Someone TOFTA and Try Minute Commander? here's The Link:http://itunes.apple.com/us/app%E2%80%8B/minute-commander/id388640436?%26%238203%3Bmt=8
I'd love to hear your impressions! It looks really good but that's what I've thought about a lot of other action RPGs that disappointed me too, so...
IMHO, it is just another KRPG like Zenonia 3. I am getting really bored with KRPG's nowadays as they are just the exact same (quests, controls, characters, graphics, etc). They are just boring now. If you want detailed, long impressions, go to backtothis (he loves KRPGs like Zenonia 3)!
Regarding Exitium the developers cite many changes in beta but based on my beta experience I'd recommend Exitium. Controls were fluid with engaging story but somewhat fetch quest heavy. Nice polish like being able to enhancer level up weapons/armor and trade online with people. A steal at $1.99.
Minute Commander has a free lite/trail version. I got it free last year but didn't play it much. Follow a radar to enemies, click to move, shooting is a bit like 3d angry birds.

Dazarath Well-Known Member Mar 21, 2010 1,745 0 36 #157 Dazarath, Sep 7, 2011 Oh, I bought this one when it was released. It's a Worms or Gunbound type game (if you're familiar with those), except your character is a jelly. I believe there are plenty of iOS games of this genre, but I happened to like the graphics for JW so I bought it. Overall, I'd say it's pretty entertaining if you enjoy those types of games, but there are a few problems I'm hoping will be addressed at some point in the future. If you're looking for some deep gaming experience, I would suggest passing on Jelly Wars, but if you just want an extra game for the occasional pick up and play multiplayer, then you might like it. There's a free version which I believe is the same as the full version with ads. And there may be a web version on their website (I haven't checked to confirm). So there's no reason you'd have to buy it before knowing that you'll like it. 1) Currently, there's no single player or practice mode. The moment I fired up the game, there was a big "play" button. I hit it, and bam, it just put me into a multiplayer match before I knew what any of the buttons did. Fortunately, it was obvious my opponent had no idea how to play either, so the first 10 shots of the game were wildly off target from both sides. Also, iOS multiplayer communities have much shorter lives than many console/PC games. So in a few months if people get bored of Jelly Wars, then I can't even play unless I go find someone and tell them to log on too. Adding some type of single player mode would help in this regard too. 2) The maps are not symmetrical in a way that is pretty imbalanced. I don't need both sides to be mirror images of each other, but starting one player 6 blocks up and the other player 2 blocks up is pretty ridiculous. It basically means that the higher player can end the game in ~2-3 shots (by sinking the terrain) and there's nothing the opponent can do about it. Trying to move your jelly just gives your opponent an extra shot on you, and sitting in place is no good either. 3) It's true that you do have to register for an account before playing. It's annoying, but not a huge deal. There are plenty of other games that make you sign into Plus+ or whatever other network. This is just another one of those. I would really prefer the option to play over Game Center with others, but I'm guessing that may never be implemented. triggywiggy Well-Known Member Jan 24, 2010 4,353 2 0 Freelance writer, Student, Casually employed in re Perth, Western Australia #158 triggywiggy, Sep 8, 2011 GPS Is AMAZING!
