got this haven't played it yet though can't wait to try. enjoy short games like this so i can actually beat it
Things like this are what separate the good devs from the AMAZING devs. Thanks for sharing that wonderful story and hopefully the devs might pop in here and see what you wrote
I am anyway a sucker for story-driven games. And this made me insta-buy it. Amazing gesture by the devs.
This is one of the best game experiances I have played in my life and I have been gaming for 15 years
can't believe not more people are talking about this beautiful game. guess not everyone can see when a masterpiece is right in front of them.
just finished the game and I liked it now waiting for the sequel .. finding paradise to be released ... hoping that it would be ported to mobile some day
Played the entire game in one sitting. About four hours. I loved it. The fourth wall breaks were great. Especially the 'top and bottom of the rocket' line. The only small criticism I have is that sometimes the scientists' bickering would detract from the weight of the story. I know they were there to keep it light, but sometimes I like when a game can have a substantial effect on my mood. All in all, I'm glad to have experienced it. Thank you devs.
Cool story and an even cooler company, from the sounds of it@namespace url(http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml);.entry{background-color:white!important}
I finally just finished this (darn backlog). This game had such a wonderful story. Made me tear up more than once. LOVED it! Now I can move on to Oxenfree, then Thimbleweed Park.
While it’s on sale do many of you recommend this? I see it has mostly great reviews for the story of it and then some bad saying it’s not really a game your just watching a story.
Sorry to resurrect this thread but i just finished playing it for the first time and i couldn't stop myself from posting. What a beautiful, moving, delicate and intense piece of art is this game! Gems like this are what makes me keep playing videogames after more than 40 years; don't know how i missed it untill today! I've just find out there should be a sequel coming out on IOS and can't wait for it. Last note for the translation: i usually prefere to play the games in english but it started in italian and the translation was so good that for the first time in a long time i didn't feel the desire to change the settings.
This has been on my backlog for a while — it’s always good to be reminded of great games, so this post is much appreciated. I’m playing through Transistor now (another excellent game that stayed far too long on my backlog) but this may be good for the next one.
On sale again - just (finally) picked it up myself. It may be to compliment the next game in the series.
