Been playing on and off (due to work and family) and I just reached A3 last night. Got a couple of blues since A1, no ranger specific weapons yet but got a green armband with +1 to all hunting skills from the A1 end boss
Aww damn that sucks!! I have this w/ expansion on steam but it's totally different trying to sit on a computer with kids around then picking up the iPad here and there
Is anyone getting achievements on Game Center? I checked mine and I'm not getting the few I should've gotten.
When it locks up while attacking I use the switch weapon button (I only have one weapon assigned) which immediately clears it. (Druid class).
The loot rollercoaster continues! After using simple bow for awhile with just atk spd bonus on it, a blue bow dropped. I gasped and checked it out. Sure enough its a dream. Minimum dmg higher than my previous max dmg, atk spd, projectile speed, pierce chance, +2 to marksmanship, good dps upgrade. I am stoked and get to the next town shortly after. I then see in the shop a green bow with even better dmg and a few nice rolls and stats. I try it on and sure enough, an even better increase plus a slot to rune. So I wear my blue bow for 5 min then replace it with a green one.
Yeah so gam center must be bricked on my iPad cause it's a white screen that never logs in and in TQ when I click the GC button it says I'm not logged in and never actually logs in. GC works on my 6+ not my mini4 wtf. I don't want to upgrade cause I'm waiting for the next jail break.
So a few things. I am now lvl 41 in epic, just reached babylon as a Ranger (archer with pets). I just got my second legendary purple drop...another sword that I cant use. This thing was so badass that even with zero skills to enhance melee, putting it on rose my dps by over 100. I wept. If I were melee I could be dual wielding legendary swords right now. A nice farming tip is to keep killing the Scorpos king boss near Fayum desert in egypt. Its a main quest part and there is a town with revive shrine pretty close. the reason its good is because he is not that hard to kill and he has 2 majestic chests near him. So run, kill him (he dropped the legendary sword for me), get the chests and exit to main menu and do it again. Any boss that has 2 majestic chests, is easy enough to kill and has a revive shrine closeby is a great farm spot.
Strangely, after I farmed him for a while in epic, the majestic chests disappeared. Same thing happened with the centaur boss in A1 Epic. Right now, I am dual wielding legendary swords, but it still kinda sucks because I get mauled in traffic or one shot against most bosses. I don't need any more legendary weapons, I need some better armor! It would also help if there wasn't that crazy lag when going to a new target -- I kill things quickly but it takes so long to get to the next target that everyone gets a bunch of hits in.
I had that happen with a majestic chest in Athens underground. After like 10 reloads they were gone. I wonder what kind of timer there is.
I did it once after a spider mini boss early in the game and I could keep doing it as far as I could tell.
I haven't seen any such chests respawn after they disappear. Pretty much all of the epic majestics up till Act 3 are currently gone in my game. And yeah, it sucks. A lot.
