I noticed the slow down in auto attacking the next target too. It really slows down my damage when surrounded by large groups of enemies. This is not good...
Same here, I talked about it there : http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=3855963&postcount=680 Was afraid I was the only one experiencing this, so now let's hope they'll reverse it to the way it was before, I have a frail caster too, so this slowdown is bad...
Let's hope so.... I am already in a brand new level 12 character. He is still there (with iCloud off). Let's hope his stay for long!
Turned off iCloud too. Not nearly as far as most of you. Was doing fairly well until I hit those damn Medusa type things outside of Parnassus. Level 15 with a mostly warrior build with frost magic. Think I'll need to grind some more. Have some decent equipment but suspect I should have much better. Merchants are almost useless though. So just need a really good drop somewhere.
Finished normal at lvl31 as a Ranger (hunter/nature). Going archer and wolves build. I am a killing machine but in epic the archer enemies are shredding me. Also my heart broke when I got a blue bow a few levels back, Silentstrike, that had +1 to all skills in hunter and rogue tree. Dying for ranger specific gear and my old stuff is starting to be outdated.
What precise options do you mean here? I want to be sure my settings are ok and dont want any cloud drama. Settings>icloud... I usually just stay signed out of icloud as I dont need to share or store anything across devices.
So torn... I finally had a legendary drop, but it's a hammer for my Slayer, who's currently doing pretty well configured as a piercing hunter (with spear/shield when things get hairy). I romped through the second half of Normal with dual wielding (using a pair of identical greens that I enhanced for piercing and attack speed), but not sure that the slower hammer would work as well. Also, it gets expensive to do a serious change of talents at level 42.
Hey so does onslaught & takedown overwrite each other or no? I wasnt sure if those are the toggled melee button or not? Also I dont have a spear so what do I use talent wise in hunting tree?
I use onslaught for my melee default attack and takedown for a special since it has a much higher energy cost. If you can find a good bow and a ring of the osprey or two, the marksmanship tree works REALLY well for a lot of the game. The exception, of course, is boss fights, which can get really long if you only have a bow and arrow. Also, has anyone been able to take down Manticore with the flakey control setup? There's so little margin for error against him!
Hi can anyone help me with chaper II map...cause am having a hard time finding the path...those who have finished the normal mode, can you pls share the maps of all chapters Thanks in advance
I have my choice of two bows right now, and I found some gear that's +1 to hunting tree and +1 all skills. Most beasts, I melt their faces. The movement perk in the Art of the Hunt tree is pretty awesome if you like kiting, and a few points in Scatter Shot means you can AOE mobs. The spear is secondary -- the important part is that having a good shield lets you go toe to toe with badder monsters.
I think I,know where you are stuck.....took me ages to find the bridge out. Try these guides http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/928126-titan-quest/faqs
