It might not be a bad idea. I'm on a 6+ and the crashes/rollback issues are really disconcerting.

I feel like when I lost my level 50 soldier in the first Borderlands. I still remember that pain.

    Mini iPad 2

Running super smooth , a couple of crashes but no stutter iPad mini 2 1 gig , maybe the extra space on storage is helping?

    Freezing in Combat

In order to survive freezing in combat...

    1) as soon as you notice you are frozen tap the home button on your device to temporarily exit the game.

    2) click the game icon to go back to the game or double two the home button and choose the game.

    3) your game will open in the "Pause" menu of the game. Hit Resume Game,

    4) you are now unfrozen

Hope this works for everyone as it works 100% of the time for me.

He problems with controls are that the action button is based on your closest movement option unless you tap an enemy. Dragging abilities or the attack button work great for those situations.

I am not saying people are not telling their version of the story here, but I have worked enough in IT to know that they are probably button mashing attack and it got switched to open or pick up.

I have had 0 crashes, rollbacks, or controller problems. Not saying they aren't there - but this is easily one of the more polished titles on the store. Factor in the content amount - it's a good damn deal.

Really good point about button mashing. I admit I was doing that probably because so many rpg's on the mobile require just that sort of approach.
After I stopped and instead I held down the attack button and moved around I no longer inadvertently picked up items and instead I kept fighting.
I played today for a good two hours and I am now finding the controls very good. In fact I am really appreciating how good the whole game plays.

Also my earlier impressions about graphic stuttering no longer applies after I made sure that absolutely no other app was running in the background. This only applies to the 12.9 iPad Pro though.
Unfortunately I am sure others players with lesser hardware are indeed experiencing the stutter.

Alternatively, toggle the item names off so you dont pick them up while fighting.

Exactly what I do, it is more safe to combat where full of items on the ground lol

Same here, I swear the mini2 is the best device they ever made, for gaming at least. I have tried running this on my 6splus as well, and its not as good, drains battery way faster, phone heats up a lot, etc.

Wow! Dream come true! This is f*cking unbeliavable. Titan Quest always with me :) I've spent around 10 hours with this jewel. Forgot couple of times that I play it on an iPad. Basically it's great but it has couple of issues:

    1) Frame rate - but it is playable even on the iPad mini 2.
    2) Zoom behaves strange + it would be really nice if the level of zoom could be saved. Default zoom on iPhone 6S is really tiny -> I have to always zoom it a bit.

    3) Targeting system of enemies is not perfect: It switches from one to another so there are several enemies with 50% of health.

    4) UI is not enhanced for iphone screen (wide screen).

Fix this and it's gonna be legendary :)

Anyone playing this on an iPhone SE? Just stuck it on my new phone and there's definitely a problem with the...ummm...aspect ratio? The right hand side of the screen is completely cut off.

EDIT: Could have been a faulty install. Lemme try again.

    EDIT 2: Yep, it's fine. :)

I had one case where the game got an old version from the cloud. But there was an exclamation point button to the left of the save selection thingy and tapping that let me choose which save I wanted to keep (from a list with timestamps).

Long time D3 player here and this is perfect on my iPhone SE. Albeit a bit small but great nonetheless

There's something quirky with the skill buttons.. When you press it, it looks like it's looking for target and if it doesn't find one it will stay depress and you can't click anything else and die getting killed. ###

The nature healing is weird too. It always heal anyone but yourself. Basically you need to run away and heal yourself when there's no ally nearby. It should work as such if your ally is full you heal thyself and vice versa.

Playing on an SE here and aside from the occasional stutter or screen tear? It runs fairly well! This will probably be my GOTY! All we need now is the Immortal Throne expansion and multiplayer

This is one I've encountered a few times, it is annoying. I noticed if you click another skill, or sometimes even click the same skill again, it fixes it and you can move again.
