It uses cloud saves automatically but I'm having trouble getting it to sync as well. I did get some saves to show up on the other device but it's not consistent and sometimes it's not the latest save for the character etc.
Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel I've been playing this for about 4 hours now and I think it's safe te say that this and Crashlands are my 2 favorite games of the year. This is really some next level stuff for iOS. The map is huge, gameplay is deep, there's loads and loads of voice acting and it should take 40-60 hours to beat the game. For me it controls really well. By for the best dungeon crawler on iOS. Think the port is really good as well, sometimes it stutters a bit, the lightning effects are not as good as on pc and there's no multiplayer. But all in all I'm a very happy gamer.
I would pay whatever they ask for diablo 2 but i dont think bliz is going to port any of their games. Would love to see the old warcraft games too.
Mini Class Guide from a Veteran PC Player When I played back then on PC, the following charts were a great help in choosing viable class builds (even though they are primarily for the addon - Traum/dream isn't available). Taken from the german TQ fansite (http://titanquest.4fansites.de/), so obviously in German. The first chart is for melee, the second for range, the third for mage builds, and the forth for pet summoning builds. Also the most useful hints: - Don't invest anything in health or energy. You get enough from masteries and items. Only spend points on the three other stats. - Try to max your masteries first, before investing too many points into the skills themselves. You need the stats more urgently in the beginning. - The middle stat (dexterity I think in the English version, in German it's Geschicklichkeit) is very useful for defense. You have to put a lot of your points into it to be viable as a melee build, especially. If you have any further questions, just ask. Also I'm sorry if any of this is no longer applicable for the mobile build, haven't tried it out yet (though I guess there weren't any big balance changes for it).
I was really on the fence as I have not heard of this game prior to its iOS release, but seeing you compare it to one of my all-time favorite iOS games in Crashlands I'm gonna have to take the plunge.
It always makes me a lil sad when someone with an older device asks this, cuz i was in the same position. Im now on air 2 and i dont know how i gamed on the older models as of frame rate, speed and so many games being not compatible. I really hope its is for your sake, its such a shame not everyone can get this as apple moves so fast, but i strongly recommend upgrading. Read the app properly before u purchase ✌#️
Seriously did they just miss this all together this should be one of the top featured games on the App Store it's probably one of the biggest premium releases of the year so far
You know... the more I think about it, vanilla TQ had a storage chest, didn't it? Was right above the merchant in the first town. That wasn't a expansion addition was it?
My iPad Air can barely run it, and it crashes occasionally. I imagine it would be unplayable on anything less.
Yikes. I'm running on an original iPad Air and have only just gotten started. No crashes yet, but now I'm worried. Hope it's playable all the way through.
Restarting the ipad air helps you play for longer sessions, but it still crashes on mine after a while. I basically have to restart the ipad each time i want to play this. It's annoying, but it's worth a restart each play session i think.
Love how the bodies have physics and react accordingly. Makes combat so much more satisfying. Whatever you do Devs- don't skimp on this in order to improve the framerate. Love it the way it is, makes it look more like Diablo 3 then any other iOS game. Some issues with hit detection but a very minor gripe to an otherwise amazing game. First game I played on my iPhone until battery drained
