I'm playing DotEmu's port of Ys 1 at the moment. Great little ARPG, and nicely done for iOS. Gives me confidence in their eventual release of Titan Quest.
I want to tell them they can take all the time they need, for us to have the better port. But i admit this is hard Anyone knows if it will be playable with an ipad 4?
MAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan....I hate that I have to worry about and keep asking new release games this same question Pepe...will my IPAD 4 run this? This seems to be the cut off for some devs and new games..right at IPAD 4...which..geez..is a really hefty little tablet and hardware. Sigh...I duHn Wahnna go bahyie a new IPAD air, I doHN WAHHNna! eh..but seriously..anyone know where I could possible get a trade in for my IPAD 4 and get a well reduced priced IPAD air..or might as well Air 2 unless its drastically higher a price than air 1....little help pless?
They tweeted something about the game's story again. It seems like when it comes to the where the titans escape, that maybe the time when it'll finally release since that's when the game starts
There are two lines left, something like 'agrogance proceeds many a "?" ' and 'even a gods prison can be breached'(the ending quote) I don't know if they will make those two a single post or 2 separate posts. So, I'm thinking if they follow the once weekly posting which they had been up until a week or so ago. We're looking at a possible release next Thursday(Thursday seems to be the chosen posting day) or the following Thursday or after the release of Pang adventures(April 19th) or whatever it's called. Bottom line. I want to buy this game.
Off topic, but for fans of TQ from the PC days, if you haven't taken the opportunity to try Grim Dawn, you really should. I'm having a blast with it. Think I've spent more hours with GD than TQ at this point.
I would but the main reason I play mobile games is because it's convenient. I don't have 5hrs a day to sit and play a console or pc game. But I have plenty of time to play mobile at night when the wife is asleep and I'm in bed. But It's also dirt cheap at 25 bucks so I may check it out anyway.
This basically. From a previous hardcore gamer to a well... "softcore" gamer because family and work. I no longer have 12+ hours to spend in front of the computer playing Diablo or Elder Scrolls or Dead Space or the Final Fantasies
Totally understandable. I prefer mobile for most types of games these days myself. Just putting it out there for anyone that might be interested. Though, I have doubts about my personal ability to play a game of this sort on a mobile device for any length of time because of hand fatigue.
I spent so many hours / days on Diablo or even worse Age Of Empires. I totally agree, causal gaming is a more manageable now in smaller bite size piece. I still do fire up Age Of Empires HD and lose 8 hours or so now and again.
They usually give a couple of days head notice. So probably no. Plus they announce on Twitter with scenes of the opening cut scene. It should have two more parts till it's over.
DotEMU said TQ will be released this Q1, and it's nearly the end of Q1. Asked them about this on Twitter and here's their reply: @DotEmu it's nearly the end of Q1. Any word on #TitanQuest release date? @Slighmd Stay tuned. Very neutral reply. But since the last day of Q1 is a Thursday, fingers crossed it'll be released tomorrow or something
Doubtful it's releasing this week, hopefully next week or even the week after that would be great, I just want this game in my hands.
They have been giving a couple of day heads up for recent releases. But they have also done surprise ones as well. Hopefully the last part of the marketing with the intro is the release.
