Tiny Wings is just a great game, everyone seems to be enjoying even those that may have an issue with it. So the highest nest is 10 and multiplier is 28?
People that do 20 cloudtouches not in fever, are you just playing normally and getting it, or specifically avoiding being in fever?
Does anybody know if there is a way to submit your offline score to Game Center? I must have lost my connection while playing Tiny Wings and it never submitted my new high score. I even closed the app and restarted it making sure I received the welcome back message from Game Center having hopes it would submit my new score... but it didn't.
You can still accomplish this objective if you happen to get a cloudtouch when in fever mode. It still tallys all of your cloudtouches in your stats, but once you hit 20 without being in fever, the objective completed drop-down comes out letting you know you're done.
Reaching 20 Cloudtouches w/o Fever This was actually the first achievement I got when shooting for the Nest 11 challenges. The trick is to be sure to dive continuously from as high as you can get and hit the deep valleys and then be sure to take your finger off as soon as you reach the bottom of the valley, so you shoot up and do a cloud touch. The 20 do NOT need to be in a row, just during your run. Island 4 is particularly good for this since it has the most consistently deep valleys. You also need to be sure to not make perfect jumps 3x in a row otherwise Fever is triggered and you will have to fail to break it. And @Toythatkills, I was just playing normally, I actually didn't try for this one specifically. I was actually just trying to get to island 9, now all i have left is Island 4 in full fever.
That's the exact reason why this objective is SOOOOO difficult. I think the trick is to learn away to break the Fever without losing too much speed/height. I've tried to complete this without every going into fever but I was never able to do it. I've completed this objective once but I can't seem to duplicate my efforts! I'm finding it nearly impossible.
Awesome game! I can't put it away. Hell, most of the time I'm sitting in front of my PC, Call of Duty or Crysis or some other 'real' game playing, and I'm just staring at my iPod Touch xD. One little thing is bugging me though. If you check the game centre leaderboard, all players that have scores above 400k have been banned, since that is impossible, but at least the first 50 in the ranking list have been hacking. Just look at it. The numbers 1 through 25 all have 400k points exactly, and the other 25 have about 399k points. If I had to guess, everyone above place 100 in the ranking is hacking, they all have 390k or higher. Now why is this bugging me? I consider myself pretty good. My highscore is 325,112 points (Not kidding, I am actually that good ) and my ranking is 281. But I think I should be at least 50-100 places higher. It's really frustrating to know that you are nearly at the top, but you can never reach it, because half of the players above you have hacked an insanely high score. BTW at all the people asking how to get the 20 cloudtouches not being in fever: It's okay to be in fever, but if you get a cloudtouch in fever, it won't count. My tip for you is to make 2 perfect jumps, get the cloudtouches, then land while losing your fever, but not your speed, and repeat that process. It's not that hard. Grab the opportunity at the start of a new island to make 2 cloudtouches. That way, if you reach island 7 (Which shouldn't be too hard), you'll have 12 cloudtouches. Good luck!
sorry if it is already discussed, but appearing of flat areas on some islands is going to be fixed or not?
yea these parts are just so annoying. it basically ruins your fever every time. one thing i hope for in the next update is for the new island objectives to be like a cumulative thing, so were not stuck with some insane objective that would take forever to get.
Achievements won't add I've got all the objectives, but the last 2 GC achievements won't register. I'm guessing I was offline when I got them and now I'm stuck with 28/30 achievements Any advice on how to get them to register?
