Woot, no more 5th island lag. Now I just wish they could turn off the constant reconnection with OF--as it is, I have to turn off wifi when I'm home because my phone tends to disconnect/reconnect to my wifi network regularly, creating oodles of lag for OF games.
That is what you are supposed to do. It should work...plenty of people including me have done it. You need to do a perfect slide immediately after an island jump 5 times. So the earliest you can get this achievement is upon arriving at island 6.
I have got the 9th island done and the 20 cloud touches! I have done the whole 1st 2nd 3rd & 4th all in fever before but since the new challenges I can't do the 4th! My highest fever is now 71 seconds
I had that problem and posted about it. I rebooted and tried again a few days later and it worked...man i think ive had to do that challenge about 8 times now in total with all these revert to backups recently..!
How on earth do people get these GC high scores. I got 259.000 and think, it's a pretty good score. But how do you get several millions? That seems impossible to me.
can anyone who has done the 20 cloudtouches give me some help can't quite nail it. have the 9th island down.
I thought getting fever time while paused was supposed to be fixed in this version? It still happens. Get in fever mode, pause game, sleep device. Wake it up and unpause. It's tarnished my stats now, so hopefully when the real fix comes it resets the fever time stat.
Just completed it the hardest is definitely the 4th island in fever mode thought I would never do it it's down to doing it like 10 times in a row
Im still stuck on getting to the fourth island without doing any great slides challenge... I hate this challenge! Challenges should test how good you are, not how you can play without being good... Any help?
Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but I was wondering if this game will be getting an ipad version at all. If not, does anyone use the iphone version 2x on the ipad, and how does it look?
Only the same help that's been posted a hundred times in the thread already. Just slide over every single hill and never skip a valley, go through every single one. You soon get into a rhythm of doing it really fast. Then be careful of great slides on island transfers, they're pretty easy to avoid. It's honestly very, very easy. This challenge is testing how good you are playing the game a different way, it's not testing how you can play without being good. Maybe the problem is that you aren't very good
LOL I'm also stuck in the 20 cloud touches... I feel like I'm starting to get the skills for it, but I fail every time! What a nice and repetitive little game. I'm quite surprise I haven't given up yet!
Can somebody explain to me what exactly you have to do in the 20 cloudtouches? Are not allowed to go into fever mode at all, or are you just not gettin counted cloudtouches when you are in fever mode?
Yea, I Have no idea how to do the 20 cloudtouches. I've pretty much given up. Moved on to Final Fantasy 3...bleh
