If you experience memory problems - just reboot your iPhone. (Yeah, stupid advice - I know. But it works)
While rebooting your device definitely works, it just takes way too long to reboot your device compared to opening an app that will clear the memory in a fraction of the time.
I'm now officially annoyed by the 5 perfect island jumps objective. Been trying for days and it just gets mind numbing. The first two islands are easy but then the next ones tend to have just these tiny slopes in the beginning where you can seldom land a perfect jump. Also my iphone 4 has this little lag when switching the islands and it doesn't help with the timing either.
You're not the only one experiencing that lag. My ipad always hangs just a little just before I finish the jump to island 5. It totally breaks the groove I'm in and has caused me to botch landings.
After I play the game repeat and repeat, I know the bird can fly different lands and become different state, the colors also changed from yellow to green and others, when night is coming, my bird has to stop to sleep. I want to challenge the time, so I fly my bird to the clouds, then I also can get scores. But finally, the bird still need to sleep. what can I do? so I still play again, seem so stupid! lol!!
With such a big following, Tiny Wings would be best updating with some new features. I'd love to be able to shoot through the clouds and do the same "surfing" motion on them.
at first i thought that this feature, to change the terrain every day, is cool. but after some playing i think it's not so cool. if the terrain is too hard - than u have to wait until it changes. for example already several days one or two islands have very large areas where the hills are almost like flat line, so it's impossible to keep the fewer mode. Would be great to have the option to generate terrain every game session or to set some kind of threshold for hills generation. and of course the game should be optimized, i mean these small lags at the start of new islands.
I agree with eev, Random generation of the island would be great. I also agree on the lags, which is annoyin when u want to do the challenge where u need to do Perfect Jumps directly after an island jump, or even normal perfect jumps
Who can tell me the feelings when you pass the last difficulty? ! I never can play the bird so far!!!! shamed!
Hopefully in new updates there may be a new game mode, and also some special power-ups or new birds that do special things.

has anyone done the "5x: Do 1 'perfect jump' directly after an island jump" achievement? I've done it twice and it hasn't counted it
You probably didn't do it right. After perfect jump, you should see some white arrow at bottom of the screen with number of points earned for that jump.
The thing I dont like is that how you do on islands 1-3 (even 4) is only relevant for score, not how far you get because you cant bank extra time (afaik). So your best is Island 7, and your perfect through 4 islands, but get really stuck on 5? You may as well start over, you aint getting to Island 8...
DEV UPD@TE UR GAME!!!! But I don't want new features or anything, just bug fixes is fine. Your game is perfect aside from that if you wanted to leave it this way forever. People are asking for new islands and they haven't even been able to get past the islands that are there yet, what's the point of new islands? Surfing on clouds? What does that add? it's just the same game but higher up, totally destroys the "story" and adds literally nothing. Power ups? Ew. The game is beautiful because it's so simple. If you're going to suggest updates, be serious. Suggest something that the game needs instead of something ridiculous. Like, maybe if the bird didn't bump into the ceiling and fall down at funny angles. Or new challenges/higher multipliers, that's always good. Also, I like the way it changes every day. It gives you a chance to practice and learn island layouts which you wouldn't get it they changed every play.
