Find it odd that this game has no ipod music support. It's 2011! I have a few albums that would work wonders with this game =)
I think the game was made by a single dood, but now that he's a banillionaire, I want that feature amongst a Retina update, GC, and some variety in the island structure.
he said earlier in the topic that he worked hard on the music (given his audio tech background). he probably wanted people to appreciate it and not write it off like we do with most games these days. i still dont agree with having to "trick" the system into letting you play ipod music tho.
Can't believe this is #1 already. This is one of those one in a million shot cases. Congrats to the dev.
Some people in the app store are total morons. I saw at least 3 people say all 2000+ 5 star reviews are "faked" and they should call the "apple police" A few people also seemed to be expecting a angry birds clone. Most of the other low ratings seemed to be from people who didn't give it a chance and stopped playing after one try.
Can you play music while you play CoD on your XBOX? No. Sure it's an iPod, but it sounds like the dude also worked his a$$ off to make cool music for the game also.
It's good and bad for me, I like it's simplicity and it's a great pickup and play title just what an iOs game should be IMO. Gameplay again, it takes awhile to get really good at but simple enough for anyone to play. as for the bad, it is very repetitive for me, and I lose interest fairly quickly, I'm on nest x26 so I've played a lot, and maybe too much too fast, but I don't really feel like playing anymore, I could go for nest x28 (which I eventually will) but I just don't really feel like playing anymore... Maybe I'll come back to it later on, as for the game overall, it's a fantastic title at $1, what else can you ask for... You'll get your monies worth at the very least..
Has anyone gotten past level 9? I have been trying.. I feel like it can be done but I just havent done it myself yet Another gameplay video for the people just arriving to the thread..
So if a crossover with Angry Birds/ Cut the Rope happened, how would you like it to be done? It's not that serious. The gameplay video is appreciated.
I think you have to open the game, then go back to the homescreen and then start your music... then go back into the game to get it to work. Something similar to that.
