Congrats! Well done guys! And now, if you want to maintain your app around that #1, think about promising updates that people wants to. Think in Angry Birds or Doodle Jump, they are making updates constantly!
Congrats, Tiny Wings is #1 on the french App Store too, it's nice to see something else than Doodle Jump & Angry Birds on the top I've a hard time with the nest level 5 but I like how the objectives change the way I play the game. I agree with the ones who asked for new birds with different features, it's a nice idea ^^
Andreas Illiger, a dev to watch for! Ahhhh... can't believe that at first I really thought about waiting for the first update with Game Center support... Stupid me...! Now I'm hooked just like everyone else! I love how your skill at this game always progresses ever so slightly, and how you keep getting better without noticing (not just for score, but also managing to progress further with practice, without doing anything different...) so simple yet so rewarding. Btw, I hope this isn't off-topic but I found a previous game by Andreas Illiger... it's PC-only so I can't try it, but from the video preview it also seems like a very zen-like experience... and kinda reminded me (not sure why exactly, as it's not a shooter) of one of my all-time favourite games, Rez... anyways, if you're interested it's called microsia!
