Its a fancy way of saying that the graphics (i.e. the background textures) are not static. They are 'generated' by code according to some criterion. In this case, maybe its random but its triggered every day. I think people like it cuz it makes you want to come back to it every other day (or every day) just to see what it looks like.
Been playing this since yesterday morning and it's incredible. To me the only thing this game really needs right now is GameCenter integration and the notification/text bug fix. Later updates could include new birds and new nests. Also I love the idea someone mentioned about the penguin. Could have a night mode with an owl who is trying to beat the moonset/sunrise.
It makes a mockery of the What's Hot List... This is been screaming up the charts and it has not entered what's hot... Actually when you look at that list there are games in there that have been dropping for ages - you would think those ones would be replaced with games like this one going up the charts.
IMHO You gotta feel bad for the games that are being released now! With the way this game is climbing, most games don't stand a chance!
The "what's hot" list is kind of pointless considering that you can see what is actually currently hot by going and looking at the charts. Doesn't get much more up to date than checking out the top ten to see what's hot.
On my Iphone 4 the little bird very briefly pauses when he jumps off one island to the next. It seems like a transition thing. Anyone else having the same thing happen? Thanks
Yeah, it's normal. I think it's like a very brief loading pause. It shouldn't really affect gameplay much, but it would make the experience much more immersive if it could be removed. Never bothered me though
Man the objectives to get the x26 multiplier are tough. I got the Island 7 one easily but the 34s Fever Mode and especially the Reach Island 4 w/ no Perfect Slides are very difficult.
