Glad you enjoy my posts To answer your question, anyone can add your code to their friend's list and visit your casino and tip you a chip. However, the only way that person will receive a chip back from you is if you manually enter their code into your friend's list. You can tell when someone not on your friend's list tips you because their name will be a friend code instead of an actual name (unless you are just naming all of your friends with their codes in which case it would be very difficult to tell who is who.) It is important that when you accept your tips you always use the "Accept" button and NOT the "Accept All" button. If you use the "Accept All" button you won't be able to see all of the people who tipped you. While accepting your tips one by one if you come across a person who isn't on your list make sure you either write down their code or take a screenshot (press power and home button at the same time) so you can add them to your friend's list and tip them back.
You only need to play a single chip at any one of their casinos. It doesn't matter if you win or lose. You can tell when you have tipped someone on your friend's list because the boarder/background around their name will change from yellow to brown.
Excellent points, TRB4. It'd definitely be less tedious trying to locate someone. NB makes it especially hard in that it isn't the "exact bitizen" you need to find but the uniform. The bitizen can be of any race, have a mustache, or different colored hair, or be wearing glasses, for example. Plus sought after bitizens are often hidden by others or blend into the intricate scenery. Oh, & I should mention that some have the same costumes as employed bitizens. You've convinced me to at least try this approach. I'll be fighting my instinct to not see this as "just another gambling game," however. I honestly thought gambling would be a side game, if you will, but in this strategy it's the central idea. Seriously, I just wanted to build a tower (I LOVED TT!) & that's why I d/led this game although I'm no aficionado of gambling. Your logic wins out, however, for I can't see myself with anything like a tall tower (I'm at level 22) without a faster way to earn bux for everything I'd need to do (upgrade elevator, upgrade floors, find DJers, locate bitizens or things, etc.) costs way more than I can anticipate earning any other way. Pocket Frogs had this in a way. It was based in the GC & you could see various things about a "Neighbor" including how many gifts they'd given. I found it helpful in knowing which people were the most generous though it was more a matter of curiosity Furthermore, it didn't influence my "gifting" much if at all; if they sent me something, I reciprocated. Participation in the thread was as important as the sending of a frog or scenery. At one point we were a real, cohesive community. [post snipped <--by me] for brevity's sake. I nonetheless strongly suggest that everyone go back & reread it. I, personally, found it convincing & compelling. I'm at floor 22 & will stop there for a while as I try out your ideas. Very generous on your part, BTW. IMO, the VIP package adds nothing to "strengthen" the game; it doesn't make it easier or faster to play. Also, my normal "contribution" is $4.99. I compare it to the $.99 I paid for The Room, or $2.99 for The Room Two (both are visually stunning & personally challenging). $9.99 is beyond my price point but that's just me. Your suggestion about the chip pack makes sense within the context of TRB4's strategy & my idea of a fair expression of "thanks." Non-competitive by nature, I nonetheless had such luck with the last game that I got a bronze roof. I removed it for it wasn't esthetically pleasing plus I didn't like competing. And you're right, everyone has a different goal. Mine is to have fun while building a tower.
wouldn't the wait for build strategy be most effective by stopping right after the 'tutorial'? Then you'd have 50-50 chance to get a casino hit. hahaha
I am trying to save up 5 million coins. It feels very tedious, even though I can rake in 500,000 to 1 million coins per day if I play actively. I truly hope Nimblebit adds the long term missions back. The game is fun but I can't help feeling like we are working towards...nothing. When I tried to visit a tower of a Nimblebit employee, it said they are playing a newer version of the game and I could not visit their tower. I certainly hope a new update is coming! I have a couple questions for whomever is willing to answer: 1. How many coins on average are you raking in per day? 2. Do you save enough coins to build one coin at a time or do you save for multiple floors?
I'm getting over a million per day now. And I buy floors the moment I can, and then upgrade them immediately to level 7 at least (though I try to max them all out if I can). The faster you buy floors, the more money you get. So there is no real reason to hold off on buying them. In fact, that'll make things harder for you.
I'm wondering, is there a built in mechanic in this game that starts having you lose more if you stick to one game? I've been noticing for the last few days that if I stick to Blackjack, I will eventually go on losing streaks that can last 10+ times before I get a single win. Then when I switch to my slots, I start winning non-stop. Then eventually I'll go on a massive losing streak on slots and go back to Blackjack, where I'm winning almost every time and getting 21 multiple times in a row. This process has been repeating for me constantly. I did notice that when I wake up in the morning I win a lot no matter what I play, as if there is some internal cooldown to it all too. Has anyone else noticed this, or do I just have really weird luck?
Think i found a bug. If you scroll to the bottom of your friends list it seems to snap back up so the last person on my list can't be accessed. Sorry Vicsark! I was able to pull and quickly tap to get him though.
This was happening to me as well, so I added an extra friend. His friend code was 99999 and his name was zzzzzz. That way that last unreachable spot wasn't a problem. But after my friend's list got a little longer it stopped being an issue and I deleted my make believe friend from the list.
Just call me Abel Had a bug when TTV got stuck trying to connect to the players club this morning. I had to kill the app. Unfortunately it made me lose all my unchecked tips of the night, and I couldn't take a screenshot of TA1 top7 for Lorena.
Add me! I have the latest casino for players club: Pattys Slots 17q3r Best of luck! Pattys slots players club
I make a little over a million a day most days (my 28 floor tower makes 756 per minute when fully stocked plus whatever I make on the side). I build a new floor as soon as I can, about 4 a week now but I expect that will go down as they get more expensive and I play a little less.
