Didn't think of that, makes sense.
Though I guess some of them are hackers too, they had a lot in the beginning of NimbleQuest.
The club at 1 million already, twice as much as TA looks suspect for example ;)

We should make a "ZyngaRulez" club to see if it would be approved lol :p

Was playing pocker, got two pairs, hit "X" by accident, exited play without confirmation, lost the play... :(

    floor 8 cost so steep?

floor cost from 7 to 8 jumped from 12K to 48K? whoa.

is there something special about it? do floors go up in cost like this throughout the ascent ?

    Wow, thanks ;)
Numbers for Toucharcade are pretty nuts o_O . Over 300k for the dude #1, 90k for the #7... #30 there was surely very high too.

I guess the top7 total relative to the club total would be a good indicator of how difficult it would be to be in the top 30 players. Well, maybe not, depends of the club's number of players too.

If anyone bothers knowing what's at the bottom of the tower, below dinosaurs, trains and planes, check the attached image... :D NimbleBit should grant an achievement for getting so far down just by pulling the tower! :p

Hotels frustrate me to no end because I STILL can't decide if they're a good investment or the new "Green Floors" of this game. (Food, at least for me, was a useless floor and necessary evil in the original Tiny Tower.)

    Hotel Pros:
    * No Coin cost to "stock" the floor
    * No mandatory downtime while stocking the floor (a "retail" item can take up to five hours to restock)
    * VIP and Events to assist in filling vacancies
    * VIP and Events to assist in instantly removing guests (with full pay)
    * Better "Coin Per Minute" ratio than other floors when upgraded to Level 7+
    * At Max Level, you can "buy" about 10,000 Coins for 25 Bucks by autofilling a third vacancy (8,750 when the guest leaves, +1,000 or so for the 'floor completed' coin splash)

    Hotel Cons:
    * Need to be upgraded to provide decent payouts
    * High maintenance (even at max level, guests only stay 2.5 hours)
    * Coins are only earned when guests leave
    * Downtime is random - it can take minutes or hours to "restock" hotel vacancies
    * Upgrading to Max Level (10) takes 5,700 Bucks
    * Using Bucks to 'accelerate' your Casino floors so they're fully stocked might be a better investment than using Bucks to autofill vacant Hotel openings.

Hey everyone, I'm SpiderMonkey, but most of you probably know me as 3439 (the TA1 second place guy in the last event). I played a lot of the original tiny tower, and even more of pocket planes, and I'm really glad they brought the competition aspect from PP to this game. Figured I'd check in, because I know how much you all hate missing names on the leaderboards.

Tower ID 2JCW here, add me. I added a few of you that posted recently.

I don't have pyramid poker yet, I have Dragon Poker and 777 slots, and soon a third one. I love the minigame twist and the social leaderboards.

    Now the questions:
Which toucharcade club needs more people? :)
Do you earn anything by visiting other's towers besides playing other minigames?

PS: hotel floors are only here to get the most funny avatars!

Edit: nevermind, cant set avatar from guests :(

Okay, after playing for awhile and reading other suggestions, I pretty much play with a "Chips Above All" strategy.

Chips can be traded in at the Casinos for an average of 15 Bux per Chip on the Slots. (Poker seems a little less reliable, but sometimes you can tell when the game is cheating in your favor and sets you up for a Straight or Flush.)

15 Bux can "buy" 50 Minutes of accelerated restocking time (or immediately fill a vacancy on a Level 6 Hotel / Suite floor). An extra 50 minutes of activity means you're essentially buying 1,800 Coins of Merchandise (or 3,150 Coins through a Suite guest).

So if you have Suites at Level 6, each Chip has a "market value" of 3,000+ Coins.

    How do you maximize chips?

    * If you have the "Event Game" in your Tower, advertise it on various social media ;)

    * Keep your Casino floors fully stocked. Every guest that lands on a fully-stocked Casino always tips a chip. (Thanks to rebartsch for that tip!)

    * Keep your lobby EMPTY except for vital VIPs. Ignore Job Skill levels entirely (other than Dream Job members at Level 9). You want to "farm" for those Dream Job Bitizens - a Dream Job member with 0 Skill is infinitely better than a 'normal' with Skill 9.

    * Keep the game open and running even if you're not "actively" playing. Check back every 10-15 minutes to clear out the lobby and do the mission.

    * If you find an applicant with a Dream Job, swap them in for that free Chip. Yes, even if you're swapping a Skill Level 8 Dream Job for a lower skill level DJ. You're probably saving less than 10 Coins per point of Job Skill on each restock. Since each chip has a market value of 3,000 Coins, you're making a profit even after the fee to hire the new person.

I have messaged Nimblebit about an easier way to gain coins. Coins can't be purchased, floors become expensive quick and you have to pay to hire people? I'm trying to save a million coins and I just know its going to take ages.

Oh and add me folks. I've got Pyramid Poker, which is the new player's club game. 2FOQ

Thank you for visiting my casino. I tried visiting your casino to leave you a tip but your construction crew wouldn't let me in. :(

You show up in the Friends page as having only 1 floor.

Clearly you must have more than that because I added you the other day when I saw your code on the TA1 leaderboard. (I added a bunch of TA1 codes that I saw near me on the leaderboard)

When I visit your casino, all I can see is a lobby, a "build floor" floor, and a roof.

    A bug in the game?

Does it only affect me? Can anyone else see more floors?

Does anyone know the frequency of lobby floors? Do we get them before the sequence of regular floors?

Thank you so much for popping in. Now I can change your name on my frienda list from an unknown "TA1 3439" to "TA1 SPIDERMONKEY" (I use this naming convention for sorting purposes, makes it easier for me to visit fellow TA1 members ;) )

When I say "change", I actually mean delete you and then re-add you.
This is why I wish there was a "rename" feature within the game.

I feel your pain. I had a Flush when I accidentally hit the X to exit. :(

The lobby floors appear after the casino yellow floors and before the green floors.

I am 29KP. I have dragon poker, farm slots, and techno 21 (which is awesome)
