He wouldn't be the first person to hack his way to 5 million bux. The tower may have been built manually, but the bux and coins weren't earned honestly.
Question: should I evict bitizens to get ones with better stats/dream job in my stores? I'm only 8 floors high right now, it seems a bit premature. Also, add me to Game Center! my name is strangeseraph
so i on the other hand, compared to alot of other people here it seems, doesn't take this game that seriously. i just play it for short little sessions, maybe 2 or 3 times a day. i mean i only have 5 floors, right now (i'm not sure how exactly how people have so many already), but after doing all the business stuff, all you can do is move people up and down the elevator until something is done selling or you get enough money to buy something....
Loving the game but I'm constantly checking on it now so I can keep working to get the Vegan Food level I must break the hold this game has on me. For some reason my achievements progress has frozen but it's not a huge deal to me. I don't have any on GC but I've met the criteria for at least two.
Heh, that was the starter restaurant my daughter got on hers. No sign of them tree hugging hippies in my tower, though
Have you reset your progress at all? I did once (I wanted to play a bit to get a feel for it first) and I think thats where it froze
Haha, I figured. I was just messing with you. On that particular topic, I think NimbleBit takes an approach with their freemium games where they know people will cheat, but maybe they just figure those are the people who probably wouldn't have paid money anyways. It's unfortunate that the leaderboards will be littered with junk scores, but at least there's no real competitive aspect to the game that they will ruin for the rest of us.
Yeah, but 5 floors is relatively nothing. You probably have like, what, 10 bitizens, and maybe 3 shops? So nine total products/services, with few needs to juggle? I'm sure once you've accrued a ton of floors, there will always be upkeep to do. Question: for those who have tried it, what happens when you "Force Hire"?
This game glitched on me so bad a few minutes ago. Finished watching Cars 2, opened up the game to see what needed restocking. little brown boxes line the bottom of my screen. I'm excited. I have 55,000 coins and 21 bux. I get to work. Cost me about 10,000+ coins and 12 bux to get the wheels rolling. Suddenly I'm kicked out the game and every time I press the icon I'm booted back out. That's fine. Hard reset. Get back in the game. All the little brown boxes are back, the store are unstocked and my coins and bux are gone.....i got robbed. I pressed the button on the top of my phone and picked up my 3DS. Probably won't be coming back to this game til some updates are made. I'll have Appshopper let me know when it's good to go.
I'm sorry if these answers have already been posted, but this thread has gained over 30 pages since the last time I checked and I'm not going to bother looking through it all. But anyway: - Is it possible to have a character with all 9's? - Is it true that the max number of levels is 100? - When restocking, there sometimes is a "XX% off" the price. What determines this? - I always evict anyone who moves in without a 9 skill, and then I look through everyone and evict those that have just one 9 skill and low stats otherwise. Just making sure, there are no consequences when evicting someone, correct? And now for a suggestion: I know this is a game, but I'm just really annoyed by this because I like making things the way I want it to be. Because of this, I'm a little bit annoyed you can't choose what kind of business you're building. I mean, honestly, if you're building a tower in real life, are you just going to give the green light to any business and just have random ones move in? I think, at the very least, if you can't choose from all of them, at least give the user 3-5 business to pick from.
1. I've had a bitizen with all 7's and one with all 8's so I don't see why all 9's isn't possible. 2. A few pages back there was confirmation that you can have more than 100 levels 3. The discounted price is determined by adding the aptitude of all the employees. Three employees with ratings of 9 give you a 27% discount. An "x2" quantity bonus is given to one item for every employee in their dream job.
I figure it's just more trouble to avoid cheating from arsehats than its worth for them. Not even a week after Pocket Frogs was released the leaderboards were all topped by people with achievements that couldn't possibly be achieved by anyone other than a literal god who could bend space and time. Same situation here. Yeah, not quite sure what these people are out to do anyhow since it's not like anyone believes their silliness. Who's going to believe you caught enough flies in Pocket Frogs that you must have been playing the game for 15 years non-stop somehow making nothing but perfect jumps catching a fly every single time. Who's going to believe you've managed to get 134 towers and 5 million towerbux in 48 hours when that amount of towerbux would take over a decade to amass in-game and $15,000 real money to buy outright. I just don't even understand the point of this type of cheating.
