This would be me. Now i have a full set of creative djers on my backup tower and when i start new rebuild on my main, i send them as they are needed. About best stocks, here is 3 of best creative with their lvl 10 values. Double those with dream jobbers. So i build a soda brewery first (if something else comes up delete floor and redo. Its instant when you have only 3 floors). When i get it i send 3 Soda brewery jobbers. Then until i spend all my tickets on creative floors dont build any residentals, instead using this 3 jobbers to fill all floors (since they are level 10 it takes a long time to deplete anyways). After that point i build lvl 3 creatives and residentals as they are needed. Floor Item1 ** Item2 ** Item3 Soda Brewery 14,184 ** 28,368 ** 42,552 Cake Studio 14,112 ** 28,224 ** 42,336 Game Studio 14,040 ** 28,080 ** 42,120 Edit: Couldnt make this look better sorry about that
It would be great I the sorting of the blitzens would allow both ascending and descending order. I am filing my tower with 99999 blitzens and ascending would let me quickly see which floors have blitzens who need to be upgraded, especially if they will be a future ability to upgrade blitzens
This is with or without dream jobber? Numbers i gave was without dtram jobbers so its double of those values. As far as i can see whenever i build a floor numbers are same, difference is between the floors (it was all same when beta started).
I'm about to rebuild the tower I've started 10 days ago on my iPhone. 49th floor, all 99999 DJers Do I need to wait for the floors to be built or may I rebuild as soon as I launch the 50th floor building?
Oh, so many questions but you're right, I was copying your idea. Are you saying that the Soda Brewery is the best red floor you have found for stock values? I made my Wood Shop gold (it had 3 level 9 d/jobers). I stock only 3rd item, as suggested. It gets me ~83,000 coins. Tried it with the Software Studio & only got ~70-something thousand. Do you recall or know what the "gold" Soda Brewery gets on level 3 stock? Next, any jump in here, I have two "gold" floors to make. At least one will be a residential now that you all have been kind enough to let me know what it does! So, how does this work exactly - before I make another mistake I'll regret (see one of previous posts). I make the floor gold & then I let one random bitizen arrive (I can always gift it I don't want him/her) or do I use a "Fill Floor" VIP after I've chosen a complete floor I want to fill but don't have bitizens? Or, is there another way? Bitizens need to stay in apartments so I don't see how the floor can't be of benefit more than once, maybe twice is remaining two spaces can be filled with other wanted level 9 bitizens. Next thanks Vic or should I say "Hank the Tank," for a 99999 which I gratefully received. Although I've already gifted some people on my currently short list, it hasn't yet been with an ironman. Hopefully players will appreciate any requested specific bitizen. I added a couple of people to my list already but it's still short for I really like to reciprocate in some way but don't feel I can do it yet. It's hard for most in this thread do not include their TT code. p.s.: The last couple of days I've had a devil of a time getting to this bookmarked thread or anywhere in a random forum, if indeed I get that far. I've flushed my cookies for the site, tried another browser, rebooted computer - all to no avail. Anyone else having this problem?
Tiny Tower: 5th Anniversary Edition (by NimbleBit) Ok I just rebuilt. it took me 11 days with 2 golden tickets and a lot of VIP farming to get to 50 floors. It was fully filled with 99999 dream jobbers. Sadly, my old tower again doesn't appear in the past towers. I got a support ticket with NimbleBit about that, I hope they can figure it out. But I fear my setup with 2 devices with the same GC but 2 different cloud mails messes things up a bit.
Soda Brewery is the best red floor. And havent seen any other floor than that although i have limited experiences with other floor types. Strategy here is making soda brewery golden floor and get 3 dream jobbers ( not necesarily 9ers since restock is free). Then restock only the 3rd item and send vip here. This will net you around 250k coins. About golden residences, both will work, random visitor from elevator ( not gifted ones) or from vip. They will be all 9 skills. Since vip will fill floor you get 5 or less bitizens (if floor has 3 spaces then you will get 3 all 9er). Hope this helps. And congrats vicsark,it gets better with every cycle.
New version submited to App Store! Will be available in a couple of days (or something like that). Yay!
Yes, your advice helps/has helped. I did find however that even with 3 lvl 9 DJers, the Soda Brewery lvl 3 only got me around 3k more coins. Which brings me to the gold "Done" button. What does that do (both in residence & store)? Is that why I'm not getting anything like 250k coins? Is it possible that for EACH player floors vary in how much stock they can hold? Either way, the Soda Brewery gets me more than the Wood Shop so I'm not complaining, merely puzzled. As for you info re residences, your advice was similarly invaluable. BTW, I'm gifting whether or not it's a 99999 (tho' I've done quite a few of those this morning). I figure the recipient can always just ignore it if need be. As you all have probably figured out, I'm not afraid to ask questions! I'm not a big-time game player so if my inexperience is glaringly evident in my questions, so be it. Hopefully these queries will help out someone else out down the line.
Numbers i gave was for level 10 buildings (which you get when you use golden ticket). And whole strategy works for golden ticket used soda brewery. If your soda brewery is lvl 3 then that yellow button shall show as upgrade. Dont hesitate and use it. Then stock only 3rd item then use vip. Thats 250k profit.
Thanks for letting us know. I just updated and think the pick your floor will help. Now I know when I rebuild in a few days (I'm getting ready to build floor 48 now) I'll be able to use Huttican's strategy and build the Soda Brewery first and gold it.
They indeed fixed the bug of past towers not appearing hooray \o/ @NimbleBit : FYI I tried upgrading the skills of a 99999 tank bitizen. It cost me 199 Bux for nothing of course Maybe masking the skill up option or just a popup preventing from doing it could be helpful. Alas I won't try it again :eheh:
Ahh, there's a surprise. 199 bux upgrades all skills by 1. The game keeps evolving. I'm now debating whether to use this or keep upgrading bitizens via the eviction and celebrity method. I think what I'll do is save the 8's and skill up via bux and celebrity dream job them. I'm going to stop sending out my dream jobbers with a total skills of less than 20 though
Tiny Tower: 5th Anniversary Edition (by NimbleBit) I'm not sure, but if someone could check the buttons when you choose to rebuild a tower that is less than 50 floors. You get a first warning about rebuilding and I pressed "Cancel" I'm pretty sure. But then I had a second warning "are you sure you want to rebuild, you won't get any golden tickets" that freaked me out a bit. I pressed Cancel again and got back to the Rebuild menu. So if someone that just restarted could check if the buttons of the first warning are not inverted? Maybe I just mistaped. :? Also about choosing your floor, it's a VIP feature as in you have bought the VIP IAP and now you are able to choose your floor. At first I thought that NimbleBit introduced a new VIP that did that job. Nice bonus add to the VIP IAP
Maybe I'm too wordy. Let me try to clarify. My Soda Brewery IS a gold floor thus at the highest level for buildings. My 3rd level stock, is the only one filled - it is worth 85K at first, not 250k. All workers DJ 9s, FWIW. So: 1) what accounts for the discrepancy in coins earned? (maybe all players have different "best" floors?) 2) what does the DONE button do, if anything, once a “gold” floor is done? p.s. Someone sent me a Film Studio gift but I forgot to take a screenshot & would like to reciprocate. You can write a post here on TouchArcade or message me so I know where to send a gift when I have one.
