Hmm thanks for the info! Forgot to mention, the same applies for construction time as well! I'm currently at 10 floors for my second tower that will be supplying golden bitizens. Man, restarting from scratch is really slow. And not to mention the elevator is driving me nuts soon lol.
You're not kidding. I had to upgrade to 2 fps and that is still not enough. I will have to save up for more
coins per minute I think there is a bug in the coins/minute calculation, or I'm missing something... I assumed that every stocked item produces exactly 12 coins/minute. (1 coin every 5 seconds for first item, 2 coins every 10 seconds for second item, and 3 coins every 15 seconds for third item) My "big tower" game has all 140 production floors, with 384 bitizens employed. The maximum CPM ought to be 420*12 or 5040, but I'm currently showing 7104 CPM, and several items are unstocked. Where is the extra 2000 CPM coming from?
I will not reset my tower, the new economy makes very hard to level floors up.. I have everything at L5 and almost 1/4 at 10.. It will take years to do it again with these costs.. Oh and; Add me please 68J1
Don't know if old version of the game had this but when I looked at my bitizens list I noticed one of new bitizens had a dream job that I don't have the floor for yet(candy shoppe) and the name was darker than the ones who had dream jobs available. I don't have boxing gym yet and that bitizen is bright white so I'm thinking this may be one of the floors under construction. Anyone know if this is true or am just seeing things?
Alright so here's a question, is it a bug or feature that you get bitizens from others that don't reward bux? I just quick fire employed/evicted about 10 photo studio dream jobbers, and noticed that only 2 of them gave me bux. They were all sent to me (thanks guys!!) so I know for sure I didn't naturally obtain them. So if you claim bux on a bitizen, do they "lose" their dream job bux placement bonus? I'm sure many of you like me claim your bux then send them off. It would make sense if this was the case, I'm just curious for confirmation!!
I'm pretty sure everytime you put a dream jobber in their job you get 5bux, unless you have already gotten 5bux from them before. It's possible that the person who sent it to you got bux and it might not give them again but I'm not sure.
Names So with the ability to change names, has anyone changed the names to reflect job and apartment? I had previously dressed each bitizen in the right colour but I don't have to do that now. Not that the find bitizen quest comes up that often, so I considered numbering each bitizen with their floors but too much effort as it's quite easy for me anyway Edit, ooh update. Low sodium soy sauce! Make it gluten free tamari and that will be tops
how to count floors for rebuild I'm at 197 floors in my old tower, and waiting as patiently as possible to get to 200 so I can rebuild with 4 golden tickets. Since floors are now taking about 4 days to construct, I was wondering if anyone could confirm whether you get 1GT for each 50 floors that are built, or only for every 50 floors that have actually completed construction. E.g., after I pay 22M coins for my 200th floor, do I have to wait the 4+ days for construction to be completed and the floor to be "open," in order to officially have 200 floors? Or can I rebuild the second I pay for the 200th floor and still get that 4th golden ticket even though it's still under construction?
Is maxing out a tower even a realistic goal anymore? I assume you'd just level towers to 50 over and over to farm golden tickets but that seems like an absolutely horrid grind.
Tiny Tower: 5th Anniversary Edition (by NimbleBit) Also there's no point to having more than half a dozen golden tickets imho. They're very useful in the early game when used in a shop as you go way faster thanks to the buyout product VIPs. But later in the game, you need ten millions of coins and more for a new floor so they become irrelevant. So if you want to do over again and again the 50 first floors, you'll do it a bit quicker every time I guess. They're more useful in the long run on apartments but do you really need to have more than a few apartments with golden tickets, considering you're able to move a Bitizen to a new floor with the help of a friend or a second device? They're meant as jokers, you don't need a full deck of 52 jokers
