I have an issue. I don't use any TB to purchase costumes since I find it more entertaining when a costume moves in with a 9 dream job in a business I have. However, I just realized that I cannot build any more residential floors. I have them all, meaning I can have a maximum of 270 bitizens. But since I need them to all have 4 occupants only just in case a costumed bitizen moves in, I can only have 216 bitizens max. However, there are 90 businesses in total and if I build all the businesses, I'll need to have 270 bitizens working. Soooooo....I guess in the end I *HAVE* to start purchasing costumes
Earning coins to start my last floor. Will have all dream jobbers (8 or above with a couple exceptions cuz I really like the people or they were my first) in every business when they all finish building!!!!!
Ok I have an immediate problem!! I just upgraded to ios5, and in doing so have lost my game centre. My hubbs and I share the same apple ID, which is linked to his game centre. I can't see how I can log out of that part of the apple ID and keep everything else? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Try going to the Game Center app on your device. Under the Me tab you should be able to tap on Account and log in as a different user.
I played this game for weeks, never had one bit of fun playing it. It was more like watering plants just to see it grow, kind of like a chore.
Funnily enough, watering plants is exactly the metaphor I've used to describe this kind of game to people, but in a good way. I like watering plants. I diligently water my plant every day and enjoy watching it grow into a tower of a plant. And then the plant tips me a tower bux when I fully stock it's water for the day. (133 floors and counting!)

You may have to go to Settings > Notifications and scroll down to Tiny Tower and turn 'on' Notification Center, then switch the alert style from 'none' to 'banners/alerts' (which ever you like best, I have 'banners' and 'view in lock screen').
I got that too today - but only at 145 floors and all 270/270 dream jobbers. I was actually coming back to help Doobie but see it was answered - yeah you have to turn it on in the new notification center of iOS 5. That should fix it.
No Game Center Hi everybody, Am kinda new to the forum, and noticed there's really quite a bit of interest in the game still -- so am wondering if somebody could help me out with a tiny (sic) problem i have..my tower (now up to 110 floors) is saved in my iPhone 3G and because Game Center is not supported on the device, does this mean my tower will never be able to be shared?? Is there aNy way i can somehow move the file to my iPad, because i doubt i will go ahead and start all over again any advice would be much appreciated!!

Man, getting the last few dream jobbers I need is taking some time. I've got six left to move in, but the chance of finding one I need feels like 1 in 200 or more! I still haven't got a single bitizen that wants to work in a lab. I did move Rose West in though, her dream job is at the Recycling... I also have a guy whose dream job is to work at my bakery. Took a chance and evicted my only non dream jobber and hit the bucks stash to see if I could get one. Only took about 15 bucks but I got the last one I needed, 270/270! Awesomeness. New floors please
