If you backup your device in iTunes regularly then you are golden. A lost device will still result in all data lost after your last iTunes backup if you don't use Game Center.

eeen, I was wondering, for future updates, if you would ever allow us to see our current stock whilst something else is being stocked up? At the moment clicking on something that's being stocked up just tells me how long is left and how many bucks to 'hurry' it. I would love to be able to see how much stock is left on my other tiers as well. Pretty please?

We've considered that change from the beginning but are pretty satisfied with the way the UI is right now.
