I had this recommendation earlier, but didn't get any comments on it so I am re posting it. @eeenmachine, have you ever considered making a Pro version of this game? I think it would be nice to have the ability to upgrade to pro for this game for a fee, say $4.99 Some things that could be only available in Pro: -Double your odds of getting bux from tips or fully stocking. -One of each floor type added. -Ability to turn coins into bux. I know you try and limit the output of bux because you'd like people to IAP bux, but I think a lot of people who are reluctant to buy bux might actually upgrade to Pro since there's actual added features. Think about all the self proclaimed OCD people on here, they would have to upgrade or else they would be missing out on the 6 floors
The new super high speed elevator is awesome!! Had to save up TB for about a week and bought the last 100 bux with an IAP, but it was totally worth it. Damn that thing is fast and its so much fun now to ride passengers. I'm loving it! ps feel free to add me on GC: cyrilio
If there was a pro version I would want to see: -ability to fully customize the outfits -build below ground -teleporter after a while bux really isnt worth much, basically any feature that adds to the game, but it isn't a necessity to play the game
Nimblebit has indicated that they intend to continue adding floors to the game. Presumably, that also extends to costumes. The Tiny Tower Wiki is hosting a wishlist here.
Not using the latest version, just hoping some kind soul can advise me: 1) How much bux for upgrade each costume? How many are there? 2) How much bux to upgrade each business tier. Saving up on bux before I update, hoping to work out the total bux I need. Currently at 90+ floors.
Costumes vary. There are some that are 3 bux, some that are 5. However, while I haven't personally purchased any, apparently they are re-usable on ALL your bitizens after you unlock one the first time for 3 or 5 bux. Each business tier can be upgraded one level for 3 bux.
The latest version seems to provide the find-a-bitizen game far more often than previous versions. I'd suspect you could make more bux on the new version (especially since the dream job bonus is also upped) than on the old version you have.
Is there a limit to the number of times each tier can be upgraded to? What are the benefits? E.g. Max Level = Level 3 or something, i.e. upgrade 3 times X 3 bux... So sorry for asking so many questions!
LOL Okies I am doing the dream job farming on and off... I am having the OLD OLD version where DJ = 3 bux... I got 1000bux already and at 98 floors with 176/180 DJs Have a anal retentive idea of updating and then at 1 go max out all businesses, that is why trying to find out from everyone else how much that will work out to be. Not forgetting the new cool 499 bux elevator!
Totally wish I didn't update and continued my Dream Job farming, I would be in your position right now :/ By the way, there is no max level for any business, it was reported that a guy went all the way up into the thirties. So you'd updated? How many times can one upgrade each business tier? E.g. Tier 1 - upgrade 3 times, each times = 3 bux, so total = 9 bux to fully upgrade. EDIT: Nvm, read somewhere that there's no limit to it. So no point saving up anymore. UPDATING NOW! LOL! NEW ELEVATOR HERE I COME!
Nope, there are many more than three upgrade levels. I've heard that there is no cap. I am getting all mine to level 10 and people go into the 20s and even further. Assume there is no cap because I've heard that some people have upgraded a single business trying to reach that cap and have spend nearly 100 bux and never reached the cap.
Yupz, So i think i will stop saving up now also. Dying to test out the new elevator, cute costumes, and new businesses. Hoepfully I have enough "buffer" to continue DJ-ing with the rewards being reduced to 2 instead of 3. Technically it is possible. EDIT: OMG... The NEW ELEVATOR... It's way too cool for words.
This might have been asked already but teres too many pages to through... How come when I go into game center and the leaderboard has people on 1400 levels? I'm on 138 and I've built the maximum. When I try to buil stuff it says you've reached the max levels? Is there some glitch? Hmmm
You cannot go over floor 137. Anyone who does is blatantly cheating. Along those lines, I am only three floors away from 100 myself. Yehaw. All legit!
