People are seriously bitching about a two dollar content update for a game as fantastic as this. Complaining you aren't "rich" enough to afford it, or trying to equate number of levels to price in some strange value proposition. Like, wtf? I don't want to live on this planet anymore
lol, i agree with this. maybe you can call me stupid but on the first run it took me almost 50 minutes to finished the first 2 levels(not completely completed) but i think its really worth the price for me instead of they give me 30levels of angry birds where you can finished in less than 30minutes for a buck ....just imo.
Agreed, plus its not like they are forcing you to pay for the new levels. If you think they cost to much then don't buy them. If you love the game and don't care then buy em up!
I think we should put the people complaining about this in a 90 day timeout so they can take time away from TouchArcade to seek gainful employment with the hope they can afford to spend $2.00 on what many have called their "favorite game."
I seriously can only hope karma eventually comes around for these people so they can experience the consequences of something that they love and poured tons of effort in to being rejected because it's "too expensive" or they're "not rich" when the asking price is less than they spent on the large soda they guzzled down with lunch.
Ok I downloaded the update so that I can SUPPORT the developers because this game is one of my favorites ios games and reminds me of Zack & Wiki for Nintendo Wii which was one of my all time classics. I hope though that next time the developers to update it with more content if possible for free like Cut the Rope series, Where's my water, Kingdom Rush, Rayman Run, etc.
Congratulations, this thread has perfectly demonstrated why Flappy Bird, Threes clones, and all the other crappy free to play games are succeeding.
IOS gamers are some of the cheapest cry babies in the world. Tiny thief is like $15 on steam , but you're complaining about $2-$5 total for the game??? Get over yourselves.
Im not even one of the ones complaining about the price, and I think most of you are going way overboard and being jerks. People are allowed to have other opinions without you making them feel like s***.
They should feel like that if they are pissed about paying $2 extra for a full game that is worth much more.
To the ones that are being rude about it, I agree. Simply politely stating they dont feel the value proposition is good enough for them to purchase the extra content, isnt treating the dev like crap IMO, but we can agree to disagree. Like I said, I dont personally think it is a lot of money either, I just dont like seeing people being rude to eachother for no reason (on either side of the conversation).
Don't want to distract from all the whinging about about obnoxious developers ripping off their poor customers to the tune of $2 but I was just wondering what are the new levels like. Are they up to the same standard of the amazing original game. On a side note the internet has created an generation of cheapskates that have no idea of the value of anything. The 'entitled' generation. Rant over
