Hey there, I just have a quick question to ask if y'all have some time. I have an iPod touch 2.0 with the latest firmware, and it's about 1 year old now. Starting from a while back, I noticed the accerlerometer feature started to glitch. First it was trying to get into the revenge mode in taptap 2, then it was trying to steer in any racing game, and then I noticed it even when trying to flip the screen on facebook and safari: as in the the tilt function of the ipod was completely dead. Even stranger though is that after restarting the ipod for 10 times or more, sometimes 20 (no I don't do it that many time in a row, just when that many time occurs) the tilt function is back, perfectly functional. Then, painfully, it seems after I exit a few apps very quickly, or sometimes when I just put my ipod on standby, the next time I try to go to landscape mode (or is it portrait mode...where it's longer horizontally) it's completely useless again (accelerometer). This issue is seriously driving me crazy since I am pretty much an app addict, over 300 paid games now, and I use facebook and safari an insane amount, so it would be a blessing if you could help. I've checked the troubleshooting on apple.com and I'm pretty sure the issues not there. If it's not too much trouble, could you offer me some suggestions? Notes: -no I'm not jailbroken -yes I've tried to restore the OS -don't suggest going to the apple store, I know -my warranty is over Thanks guys.
